B&B Auto Repair is a business that takes great pride in its work and cares about customer safety. The mechanics are some of the best in the area, with two being master certified. Customers report that the shop does a real nice job finding the source of problems and accomplishes repairs in a timely manner. The people who work there are described as really friendly, very courteous, and outstanding. The front desk personnel are outstanding and the maintenance personnel are the best. The shop is noted for being very reasonable and great to work with. They thoroughly explain any other problems that arise and why work needs to be done, reporting each step for approval. Everything is spelled out for the customer, leaving no need to guess. They provide a heads up on any work that should be done in the near future. While a little more expensive than chain shops, they do more to ensure a vehicle is in tip top shape. For needed repairs, they provide a loaner car at no charge. I was more than pleased with the serviceable staff at B&B, again. This was the third time for them, with two other vehicles ( a Tahoe with A/C issues, and a 36 foot motor home that needed a new radiator), and excellent results all times.
