“Excellent customer service. We need an unusual breaker box for a pair of breakers for a hot tub. Most tubs need a 50-Amp circuit breaker; we need a 20 and a 30, separately, in the same box. We think we've ordered the right breakers, if we can get a box to hold them. Down we go to CED. Us: We have MODEL 30 and 20 amp breaker and need a box to put them in, for a hot tub. Counter Guy: Most hot tubs need a 50 Amp breaker. Us: Understood, but this tub is unusual, Electrician brought breakers and they won't work. C.G.: While electrician? Us: Company... C.G. Oh yes, we work with them. Is this Derek? Us: Yes. C.G. You just missed him. He was here just a minute ago. I can call him. Us: ! Thanks! C.G. called Derek the electrician (removing the homeowner middleman from the conversation), tells him what we're looking at, gets a confirmation of what we need... We buy the box. Now THAT is Customer Service!”
