“Early Sunday morning November 12th of 23, getting ready to go to the grocery store stepped out front, boom my passenger front tire is flat.All of the other repair stores are totally booked, I would have needed to call my insurance company to get a tow because I didn't want to ride on the rim, BT is first on the internet, and he didn't let me down just like the website says 24 hours a day. He arrived about a half an hour later and we saw the problem, Big screw and he was able to fix it right on the spot, BT mobile tire rocks.”

“Through a series of snafus and miscommunications my trip to Discount Tire ended up taking a lot longer than planned and I had to leave the car overnight. But they went out of their way to make it right and ended up waiving the cost of one of the tires which I feel adequately compensated me for my time and trouble. That extra effort, the professional behavior from the manager, and the fact that everything ultimately turned out ok is 4 star service. Better attention to detail and more supervision on the technical side would be 5.”

I was getting all seasons put on my sports car and they took their time with the removal of my low profile summer tires leaving the wheels in perfect condition. They gave me all the info I asked for, bagged up and measured the tread on the old tires, and were ok with me lurking around and observing the install. Was in and out in about 90-120 minutes. Staff was all incredibly kind. Thanks guys!”

“Assistant Manager Matt Wiggins and his team have the best customer service I've ever seen. My wife's brake lines got cut from rubbing on the tires and he sent out a service truck to make sure my family was okay and to see if they could figure out what was wrong. They not only got to her in 30 minutes but helped find the problem in a parking lot. We ended up getting the suv towed back to the shop and both brake lines were replaced. I would 100% recommend the auto center way Les Schwab. Thanks guys! Way to go above and beyond!”
