“On the way to a family reunion at Mount Rainier National Park, our vehicle's brakes seized up at about 6 PM in Buckley. An employee was just leaving the shop and he told us to bring it in in the morning and they would get us on the road ASAP. The next day, they did a heroic search for parts and had us running by 10 AM! They were absolutely terrific. They saved our reunion. Thanks folks!”

“Had caliper leak on the rear 74 corvette! When dropping off it was going to be a horrific rainy day! I asked if there was anything they could do about keeping it dryer when it's outside the bay, they said unfortunately there was not! Got the call the car was done at 2pm had to drive through rain swell after pouring down storm from Seattle. Got there and could not find my car in the lot or in the garage. Then noticed a small roof by the residence garage with my car parked underneath! AMAZING, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, and shows they care. The brakes worked well to home, will give it a good drive this weekend when it's nicer! Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the fast service, listening to my complaint and taking care of my concerns”
