“You know the only thing bad I can say about the dollar store is that it’s not the dollar store it’s the dollar 25 store so I don’t know other than that. I go here to get a few essentials just because everywhere else it’s three times the price I don’t know why that’s fair but thank you dollar store. I I love the garlic bread.”
“A bit hidden, hard to find! I went through the Westfield main door and had to go through JC Penny to find it.
The stores here are airy, neat, bright and easy to choose from.
The price is very reasonable, small and simple dishes cost $1.75, for more complex/larger dishes, use the number 200 300 500... on the tag to see the price.
Bought a cake ball maker with a cute cup. Will stop by again to buy baking supplies, hair ties and other miscellaneous items.
Reduced 1 star because of the cashier's attitude.”
“Decent selection! Some of the store is dim and unlit so that felt a bit off but otherwise there's a lot to choose from.
The natural light is nice closer to the entrance of the store. I don't think the lighting should be as bright as the Southcenter location. The lighting is too strong there so if they can find a balance for the dim parts of the Kent store, I don't see any problem.
There's limited street parking but it's not very far from the Kent station garage.”
“I like that each store adapts it's inventory to the community in which it's located. We shopped here for Thanksgiving and got almost everything we needed, including a 15-pound turkey for $4. This store is relatively new and really well maintained.”
“Wow what a great store in the Federal Way Auburn West Hill area. Wonderful friendly staff and a very clean and well organized store that has everything you need. Great low pricing and a wonderful environment.”
“I always shop here first because I know I will always find great deals. Then whatever they do not have.. then and only then will I go to other grocery stores. There is one young man at the checkout who seems to have been recently hired and is so polite and friendly.. next time I'll check his name tag.. he deserves recognition. Today is August and I visited Grocery Outlet. .. cashier's name is Freddie... so amazingly polite and thoughtful..”
“THIS LOCATION PERMANENTLY CLOSED AUG 18 2024 - such a shame because it was the very first one I ever visited and I would go here every single time I was across the street at Uwajimaya. So many great finds for so little money and just a fun little store. Goodbye, my favorite and nostalgic Daiso. I will miss you. Now I will visit your sister store in Bitter Lake although it’s just not the same.”
“Can't believe we waited so long to come here. They have such a large selection of everything. Name brand and all. Spent 113 and it says we saved 200.. it felt like it too!! Store was clean and well stocked. Great selection of everything. Really will make an effort to shop here more. It's a little far from my house but super worth it. Same stuff you buying at wholefoods and safeeay... just reasonably priced for this economy!”
“Fascinating store. A bit of something for everyone. It is best to not go in trying to find a specific item but when I asked the clerk she was able to cheerfully walk straight to what I needed. I will be back.”
“Lots of great stuff!! I like their selection of stick-on faux wall tiles. And I was able to find a lot of nice Tupperware. Literally left with 2 shopping carts full. That's how good this store is. Lol.”
“Just had the best experience I've ever had at a dollar tree ever and I've visited Dollar Trees all across America. Literally from Southern California to North Dakota. The teller was extremely pleasant and more than made up for them being short, as usual for a Dollar Tree, on supplies.”

825 N Landing Way, Renton
Discount Stores
“This is for the Renton Landing location.Parking is usually ample. They just updated the blacktop but that should be cleared out by the time this review is posted. They usually have a greeter at the door as you enter, in my recent trip, that was not the case. It's okay though, they had plenty of cashier's on staff and that was more important. The selection is good for both men and women at this location. And they have a good selection for the pups as well! Isles were clean and products were organized. You can find some good namebrands at 30% less the cost.Midas 4-stars for the cleaniness and selection.”
“This Dollar tree is a bit larger and better organized and laid out than others I've been to. Though very busy and I went in close to closing, the check out line wasn't too bad”
“Call the Dollar store's okay the dollar store that I was at the shelves are getting kind of empty and they're starting to add things that are more expensive for to bring in a higher money making people as we're us lower class working people who can't afford to go to expensive places to shop and always go to the Dollar Tree to buy the things we need instead of going to Safeway or Fred Meyers that more expensive yeah it makes it hard because if you don't know that things have gotten to that price until check out then you're kind of like stuck in a long line people wondering what's taking so long and finding out that the item that you've gotten is in the $1.25 it's $3.50 or $5 or $7 they need to change the name from the Dollar Tree to something else that reflects that it's got the prices have”
“Great selection of course. If you are looking to moisturize on a budget you have to try this collagen revitalizing lotion with vitamin e. What a great find. Thanks dollar tree.”
“Lines get really long here, and due to staffing shortages and terrible wages, the shelves reflect the lack of workers by being in a state of disorder. Cheap stuff, though.”
“Every store has cashiers, but Grocery Outlet has Abbie — and she’s in a league of her own. Abbie is always happy, bubbly, and full of genuine laughter that lights up the whole front end of the store. No matter how busy the line is, she treats every single customer with kindness and attention, like you’re the most important person she’ll see that day.
She’s not just scanning groceries — she’s spreading joy. Helpful, upbeat, and quick with a smile or a laugh, Abbie somehow makes checking out the best part of the shopping trip. She turns a chore into a moment of fun.
If Grocery Outlet could bottle Abbie’s energy and positivity, they’d never run out of customers. Hands down the best checker anywhere.”
