Their pre-approval was spot on, excellent customer service and less fees than almost all other banks. No Zelle is the only downside I see so far.

Went in for a simple loan for debt consolidation. I was given a rate within an eight minutes and I applied the next day given approval within six hours. The money was in my account 10 minutes after that great service great people I’ve been with them for 28 years and I’ll never leave.

Sound Credit union has always done me right, I especially appreciate the Burien branch as they are good with the customer service, getting me in and out efficiently with good staff that does have a sence of humor when appropriate. I am not going anywhere
