“Shipping with Postal Plus was an easy experience.
Unfortunately, after my package was shipped, it was stolen before my daughter received it at no fault of postal plus whatsoever.
Thankfully, I’d purchased insurance on my package.
While I am very much unhappy with FedEx; I am extremely thankful for Mitch and Betty at Postal Plus.
It took a very long time to have my claim paid out as is to be expected with third party insurance companies, but Mitch kept up on what I needed to submit and was very very communicative with me.
I have never had a package stolen before, and I will never intentionally utilize FedEx again, but I will always use Postal Plus for my shipping needs.
They are wonderful, and you will be well supported by them if there are ever any issues with your package.
A wonderful resource for those of us in Camas and Washougal.”

“Great service.... Friendly and professional. I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”
“The team here took great care of us and took the time to have the notary so the paperwork correctly when we needed certified copies of our ID. I had another notary do it and they missed the form to certify the ID so I paid to have this team do it thoroughly and they nailed it. Our papers were approved by the consulate general and are moving on the the next s yep without being rejected. And anyone who deals with power of attorney forms can tell you the details matter. Me and my favorite brother getting both our paperwork notarized.”
