“Lorelei (Lori) has helped me on numerous occasions mailing packages and always gives the best advice in terms of which service to use (cheapest is not always best!). She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. Select “UPS drop off - box and label needed”, this was free for me, then I was given the label and emailed it to this location.They also help with FedEx, Postal Service, and other returns.And if you’re confused about your return, come here first! They will give you straight forward advice on what to do next, no run-around.”
“Have a box here. Great place, great service. Recent change of hours and no more Saturday is a bummer. But the hours seem to change periodically so I hope it returns. Sue is amazing and helpful and I see many mailing packages from here. All my outgoing and incoming packages have been handled well.”

“Every staff member at this location is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. They'll balance taking their time with you to ensure your questions are answered with moving the line along so everyone is helped quickly. The only downside is the parking out front, which is horrible for the entire strip mall and has nothing to do with UPS. Be very careful in the parking lot. It's just poorly designed.”

“Great neighborhood shop with fantastic staff. We came in for notary, but we also grabbed small gifts with items all made by local artists. Also has mailing/shipping services, balloons garage door service, hvac (I think). A little bit of everything and so great to keep our business local.”
