“I have found this place to be a safe, clean storage facility. I currently have 3 units, and we are having issues with the monthly rates on our 3 units not priced at the same rates. Even though they all were rented at the same time and are all the same size. Otherwise I have been satisfied with the product and service provided.
Oh and yes I have reached out to the manager Angie for help. But she was unable to remedy the higher billing increase on 2 of our units with Corp billing. She did give me a credit though on our units but for only one month. Angie has been excellent to work with the issue is Corp.”
“The facility is very clean and secure. The gate access is convenient to access via a car and this not the case with some of their competitors. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is the gate access is to 9pm ( competitors are till 10PM) only. That 1 hour is not a big deal however if you’re driving back from the beach for example that extra hour could be be very helpful but this is corporate decision not local management policy. Overall a good experience!”
