Amaro’s Table Castle Rock
1300 Mt St Helens Way NE, Castle RockI had been to two other Amaro's locations and this one is just as delicious and comfortable as the others. My husband and I came for an anniversary and the meal and drinks were so good. Everything is fried fresh and crispy, the hushpuppies are soft and flavorful, not oily at all, and the calamari is tender! We ordered the fried chicken platter which came with a sweet dipping sauce, and the daily risotto which happened to come with Parm crusted chicken. The seasonal drinks are always tasty. I appreciated all their servers being attentive and answering questions, and they gave us complimentary ricotta donuts since we were celebrating. I always have a good time when I go to an Amaro's, they have the best team working for them.
A side note, they have a quieter, darker lounge for 21 and older guests, and it's also a great place to sit for dinner, or the main area is brighter with more windows. You can't go wrong either way!
