“Went in yesterday because my stereo system in my Ford Fiesta was unresponsive, and I wanted music for my road trip. Went to the Service Department, and Ethan said he could probably get my stereo working. Within two minutes, he had my car blasting with awesome music and noticed that my driver's side door bolt was almost unscrewed!! He asked if he could drive my car to the garage, and he had a mechanic who was already working on a car, come and tighten the screw.
