“awesome people! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was experiencing transmission issues thinking it was going to cost me an arm and leg but turned out i just needed a shift solenoid and only cost me a fraction of what i feared. It's mind blowing considering another transmission shop in town said i needed a new transmission for a crazy amount.
Not to mention they occasionally give a car away no strings attached to those in need. A friend was the recipient of the last car giveaway, she didn't even know she was entered! They even paid for the tax and licensing!”
“I was traveling for a weekend when my car had issues and I limped it into auto care. It was 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday night, but they took it serious put a code reader to it and immediately order the part and then opened the shop on a Saturday so that they could help get me back on the road. They even went above and beyond and recommended a hotel that was close by so I could stay while it was being repaired. They were very good at communicating, which I appreciated and I feel like the bill was very fair for the amount of time that they worked on it”

“If you're looking for a short review, sorry, but Darren and the crew do great things and I want to talk about it. I called him for a quote when my 2.5L Jeep engine snapped an exhaust valve at highway speed, sending it through the number 2 piston at about 254,000 miles. He was very thorough with the questions he asked regarding what I wanted done, what parts I wanted to order, etc. I pulled and disassembled the engine, brought them the parts, they machined the head, block, rods and crank, got me a new camshaft, head bolts, pistons, rings, bearings, rebuilt the head (valves, etc), primed and painted the block and head, just really did a great job overhauling everything. He was even patient with me while I asked dumb questions during my at-home reassembly. I got the engine back together, dropped in, bolted up and wired, and it started right away. I let it come to temperature, spent some time slowly revving it, took it on the highway, and it's running great. I've got nothing but good things to say about the work Britco does, and the attention to detail Darren puts into both taking a job and completing a job is much appreciated. Great work and thank you so much! Hopefully I get another 250,000 out of the rebuilt engine. These guys know their craft.”

“What an awesome mechanic!! Was stranded, out-of-town & with a busted radiator. Easily contacted Spike, and he came to me. He anilized the problem(s),clearly explained them to me, and then installed a new radiator plus other services. This was all done in a half day! Spike is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever dealt with; and you can believe me because I have been around for a long time(70 years)! If you ever need help with your car, truck, or van, you need to contact Spike. He will also save you a ton of money.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My car was the victim of a smash and grab that left my rear door window totally busted. He not only got me in THAT DAY, but provided fast service at an incredible price (I called probably around 20 different glass places in Centralia, Chehalis, & Olympia and he was significantly more affordable than ALL of them). “I was out of town with my family at the great wolf lodge. I noticed my truck was leaking coolant. After inspecting my truck I noticed it was the waterpump that needed to be replaced i called Jim at kresky Auto he provided me a quote with in 5 mim.
He then told me he can have it fixed by noon.They also gave me a ride to and from the lodge and gave me a great price for the repair my truck is now running great .
