“I stopped in this past Saturday, and although the store was very busy, a young man by the name of Logan went completely out of his way to help me.
I had two tables that needed to be packed and shipped from Lewiston to the East Coast, and I was looking for assistance with packing, shipping, and pricing. Logan came out to my car, measured everything carefully, went back inside, and prepared an estimate, which I felt was very fair.
What impressed me most was his professionalism and willingness to help. He asked if I would be comfortable leaving the tables there without paying anything up front, took down all the shipping information, and assured me that he would personally make sure everything was packed safely and shipped out — even if he had to come in on Sunday to do it.
Sure enough, he called me on Sunday to let me know the final price and confirmed that everything had been securely packed and would be shipped out Monday.
I trusted Logan with two valuable tables, and he absolutely earned that trust. I have nothing but good things to say about the way he handled the entire process. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and follow-through.”

“The best experience I have ever had at a post office. I was so nervous going in due to the negative reviews on yelp, but so glad I went in anyway. It was the nearest post office available and I needed to ship a item out. It had been some time since I had mailed a package out so I had no idea which box to pack it in and which option to go with. An employee approached me asking if I was looking to send a package out. I told her yes, but that I needed some help. She dropped what she was doing and walkes me through it from beginning to end. She even went through a few options to get the most affordable rate for me. In the past, I was told to use my own tape to wrap up the box. I grabbed one from the post office to use then purchase, but she told me not to worry about it and packed it for me for free. Wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for making my morning with your kindness and sense of humor and for providing excellent customer service!”

“I went in this past Monday to mail off an Abercrombie return. I used an Amazon box and didn't have shipping tape but the lady happily taped it up for me. I always get nervous or anxious about mailing returns because sometimes the QR codes get buried and then I end up standing there at the counter looking like a fool. But thankfully the Abercrombie code didn't get lost (like with some Amazon orders). The clerk was very friendly. She wasn't the least bit annoyed. Which can be the case a few business days after Christmas when people are doing alot of returns. She was very nice and I walked away feeling more confident about doing future shipments there.”
