First, I have no clue why anyone over the age of 50 would not walk into this well hidden, well managed, and well maintained business. Don, who helped my friend, was very knowledgeable and cordial. After spending 3 hours on 2 days, Don was able to “fix (me) up.” What a marvelous employee (you’ve ) got.”

I checked out century link, spectrum, hughesnet, among several other internet companies and they all try to make you jump through a ton of hoops before telling you they can’t install internet for 2 months (after they make you give all your personal info including ss#). The employees for pocketinet gave 1000% better customer service and got my internet set up that same day. They went above and beyond to help me and were sooooo nice and helpful during the whole process.”
