“I was halfway through my 5500 mi round trip from Texas to upper Washington when I noticed a lot of oil accumulating around the PCV area. Upon closer inspection the PCV elbow was cracked. Never fear AutoZone is here! I called ahead of time to make sure there was one in stock, and the friendly employee went back to make sure there was one on the shelf. It was a rainy day and I did not have any plans so I decided to install it when I got back to camp. It is labor intensive since you need to remove the intake plenum but I had all of the necessary items for a successful repair. I have 265,000 mi on the truck and have maintained it for 25 years and Auto Zone has been there when I need them!”
