“There was a young man named Carter who helped me with a dead battery situation.
He was very courteous, friendly and efficient. He tested the battery and determined it was a bad one.
He sold me a good one, per my request, and offered to install it for me. I was very grateful and appreciated his instinct to help me…. I have no clue how to installs a battery.
