I heard about a process called RestoreFX and the place that does it in Kent (though they say Renton).. and Oh My GOODNESS. they did it OVERNIGHT.. for $276.. it looks AMAZING now.. I told them I would post about it so.. if you have faded clear coat CALL THESE GUYS.. They do work for a bunch of the big car dealers too on Certified Preowned cars to make them look brand new.. “I had a great experience with Bratch Auto Body & Repair after dealing with issues from a previous repair done that did not hold up due to paint adhesion issues.
From the beginning, they were straightforward and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what likely went wrong with the prior paint job and answered my questions clearly without trying to upsell anything.
I received quotes from multiple shops, and Bratch came in at around $1,000, which was the most reasonable option. More importantly, the quality of the work and the turnaround time were both excellent.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail—they didn’t just fix the bumper, but also vacuumed and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, which I did not expect.

“This location was so helpful! I needed a windshield wiper, some brake lights, cleaning materials and filters. As soon as I came in I was greeted and they asked to help me locate the items. I was paying at the register in less than 5 minutes. Not only that, but they let me change my break light in the parking lot and let me use one of their tools to do it. 10/10 Service!”

“I made two round trips of 300 miles each to leave my vehicle with Torklift so they could fabricate and install a high clearance through the grill front receiver hitch, and a DC:DC charger circuit, and power to both the front and rear receiver. All the planning, which changed a few times, was done ahead of time over the phone, the scheduling worked out on time, and the workmanship is top notch. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and pleasant staff from the front desk to the shop floor. Torklift deserve their excellent reputation as manufacturers of quality tow products, and custom fabrication.
