“While I’ve not had the pleasure of working directly with North Westy on account of being on the other side of the country, I do own a van that they Subaru converted back in 2015.
I have been absolutely blown away by Kirk’s willingness to support and back up his work by helping me troubleshoot gremlins with my van over the phone. I have never known a shop to stand by their work so fiercely and I can’t recommend NW enough because of it.”

“I went this morning to buy a new battery for my vehicle. I went back to work and returned to the store on my lunch, Cody B., he was able to help me install my battery. The battery was bolted really hard into its placement, Cody worked hard to get it loosened so that the new battery could go in. I offered him lunch, I had no cash for a tip, but that's how much I appreciate his time and effort. Def recommend the store, Cody and HIGHLY recommend they treat him to a lunch.”
“Excellent service. Gerber smoothly coordinated my repair with both my insurance company, The Hartford, and with the rental car company. The repair was done sooner than estimated. When the repair was finished, Gerber delivered my car to me and picked up the rental car. All through the process, Gerber kept me well apprised of status and estimated completion dates.”

Looks like this is becoming a thread. That in itself says it all. I'm on my 3rd vehicle a Dodge Durango. Jordan came in on his day off to help me out. Even picked me up in Kent as I was without a car. Easy transaction and he really went Above and beyond. If your looking to buy a new ride ask for Jordan he's gonna take good care of you. And tell him I sent you. ?☺️??”
“Decided to try this shop after my first car accident. Luckily was only the front bumper. Box truck backed into my front bumper and dragged. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop.
My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper.
Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.”

“I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”

“Just did A3 Mercedes service on my GLE53, soon as I heard they were talking in German I knew they would do such a fantastic job. There is slight coolant leaking, though it’s not major problem, Dave still printed out few pictures so I can easily understand what is wrong, I was surprised because I never seen any other car shop would be so detailed and honest. People that work there are professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would come back with any further service. By the way they have the lowest quote after I called 5 different car shop that work on german cars.”
“Huge shout-out to the Crash Champions crew. I dropped by because one of my parking cameras had been left off after a prior repair — they got me in and out in under 30 minutes, no questions asked, and even covered the part.
