“I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Ricky is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. I sent some additional pictures for diagnosis after I first reached out, and he let me know that he'd be able to repair it for significantly less than the original estimate. He's an honest dude and really did me a favor, so the least I can do is leave him a good review. Thanks, Ricky!”

“Ordered a set of ARB awning brackets to Canada (having read good things about them on The Samba) and Kirk and Ella sure went above and beyond with great personalized service, helping me overcome UPS's obstructionist rude banditry on outrageous import fees. The brackets are a work of art - I assume the fabricator went to such lengths just to shame my own welding skills. Very excited to get the awning on my Vanagon so that I stop tripping over it in the living room in the middle of the night. Superb customer service and really prompt help when I needed it. Will be back for more stuff as the US/Cdn exchange rate allows!”

“Phil was very upfront and honest about all the work from the very start. Need the heads on my 3.0L V6 2003 ford Ranger re surfaced. He gave me a very good quote, and then set very clear expectations on the work, time frame, and extended quotes for any other issues that might come up during the process. There were quite a few things discovered that needed to be addressed, and Phil was very direct about my options. Not once did he push me to do anything and entirely left the decisions on how to proceed up to me. The costs were very reasonable, and after researching 5 other shops, I have no doubt that I made the right choice letting Phil do what he does best.”

I tried the manual, Google and Youtube but there was never any clear instructions how to get the thing out. “I bought a Kia seltos brand new from this location. That process was great! I brought it for its first oil change. They told me they updated the software. After that appointment my alarm went off when I used the remote start. I called them they told me they would fix it if I bring it back. I brought it back when I was due for another oil change. They told me they would fix the alarm issue and they did! It works now! But now after this appointment my tire air pressure system is not working anymore. They told me to drive it around and it will start working again. It did not change. It still beeps at me every time I start the car. Also the ambient light sensor does not work now. The lights do not dim on the dash when it's dark out. The headlights don't come on automatically. And the lane keeping assist does not work anymore.I dropped my car back off to have it repaired. They updated the systems and everything works great. They had a great attitude during the process. I appreciate all the work they did to get me back on the road. They even supplied an Uber. If you do decide to drop off a car with them make sure you get contact info from someone because their phone system makes it hard to communicate.”
