“Decided to try this shop after my first car accident. Luckily was only the front bumper. Box truck backed into my front bumper and dragged. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.”

“Someone sideswiped my vehicle (white sedan) with their bumper leaving heavy black marks on the rear passenger door. I wasn't sure if it needed detailing or body work. I stopped by for an opinion on what course to take. I'm bad with names but I believe the young man's name is Darren. He proceeded to look at the area then asked if I had a few minutes. He grabbed some supplies and proceeded to rub the marks out BY HAND!!! It looks new. I've used this company a couple of times in the past and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much.”

“This place is very unique. it supplies professional auto paint supplies and custom paint to retail consumers without the need of a Auto Business license. this is the real stuff so the pricing is a little bit higher than the average Auto store. But what you'll find here is industrial strength products. paint can be custom made according to your car's specs. could also be mixed into spray cans for additional price. I believe there is a minimum purchase, I think it's a pint but I could be mistaken. The staff member seems to be very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to answer questions which is very helpful for the average consumer🏁”

I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”

“I bought a Kia seltos brand new from this location. That process was great! I brought it for its first oil change. They told me they updated the software. After that appointment my alarm went off when I used the remote start. I called them they told me they would fix it if I bring it back. I brought it back when I was due for another oil change. They told me they would fix the alarm issue and they did! It works now! But now after this appointment my tire air pressure system is not working anymore. They told me to drive it around and it will start working again. It did not change. It still beeps at me every time I start the car. Also the ambient light sensor does not work now. The lights do not dim on the dash when it's dark out. The headlights don't come on automatically. And the lane keeping assist does not work anymore.I dropped my car back off to have it repaired. They updated the systems and everything works great. They had a great attitude during the process. I appreciate all the work they did to get me back on the road. They even supplied an Uber. If you do decide to drop off a car with them make sure you get contact info from someone because their phone system makes it hard to communicate.”

“For the 3rd time in 2 weeks, I went to AutoZone to hopefully find parts for a 35 year old pickup truck (a battery, a pair of windshield wipers & an antenna. I was going there because I recently had my car serviced nearby & heard a worker say AZ was the smartest place to buy parts. Each time, (twice it was) Jessie finding what I needed in the AZ computer, and he actually found me choices for all three and recommended which would best meet the needs I had in mind (low cost but good quality.) He loaded the battery for me, put on the wipers and gave me a gallon of washer fluid. And he seemed happy to do it. --BG in Renton”

“Overall experience with the dealership as a whole was good... HOWEVER, what made it a 5+ experience was James Salinas, (salesman)...He is the ONLY reason I didn't walk away from the deal. I have NEVER had someone go above and beyond as this young man did! My Kia was stolen (thanks kiaboyz ) and sadly was a total loss. I wasn't in a rush to get another vehicle at first, and then my living situation changed immediately and unexpectedly, so I started the search and as soon as I saw My Stella Rossa online I fell in love! (Stella because I'm getting my groove back and Rossa, because that means red in Italian- plus we're both Italiana soooo ) James made sure she was in tip-top shape for me before I drove nearly 200 miles to pick her up... I had some concerns about her, once I met her (some cosmetic, wiper blades, and a sticky ignition, etc) he got me in a rental and held onto her until ALL of my concerns were addressed... and assured me that if there is an issue with the ignition sticking again in the future he would be sure I am taken care of... replaced wiper blades, replaced trim around tail light, replaced battery, gave her a good bath and filled her up!She is an older lady, kinda like me... but we're both still seggsy and have a lot of life (and miles) left in us haha He even put a bow on her so I could take pics with her even though she's not new she is new to me James is a man of integrity (and no offense (or offense ) but in my experience, that is a rarity in this industry) He deserves a bonus, a raise, recognition, and praise!!”
