“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”

“I recently had my drivers side mirror damaged while going thru a car wash. Kent Collision Center replaced the mirror. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. I couldn't get my car in for a few days after the mirror came in, so that gave them time to paint the mirror. I dropped my car off about 10:00am. A few hours later I got a message I could pick my car up at 3:30pm. The mirror looked great. My car had been washed and then I realized the. inside was cleaned also. It looked so good. “I love this place! They were so very nice and gave me all the info I could ask for and more!! I only went in for an estimate so far because my car got hit by a golf cart that the maintenance guys use, while I was parked, and it was actually a huge dent and I needed an estimate. I actually have to get three because they think they're going to choose the cheapest one, however, at pro finish I was informed that the law in Washington state is that you get to pick who does the work on your car, you don't have to go with the cheapest estimate. I would have never known that if they didn't tell me! Thank you Pro Fnish!!! Also, they were very friendly and otherwise knowledgeable and super fast with the estimate! I definitely recommend!!”

I was warmly greeted by Dan when I walked in, who was very nice and friendly (an awesome Italian guy from N.Y., so few of us around!), and Flavio got started on my car right away. I needed an exterior temperature sensor installed in my C-5 'Vette, and it was done in less than 30 min. I was quoted $420.00 for the job by one of the local "Stealer-Ships (don't want to mention names, but it was a Chevy dealership in Burien)". Corvettes of Auburn only charged me $122.00 & change, including tax; they saved me over $300.00! EVERYONE there was warm & friendly; they've got my business for when I need future work on my Corvette, I highly recommend them!”
