“I went in the other day to mail 100 media mail items, thinking I could do so on the self-serve machine. I double checked with the woman behind the counter, and she said that unfortunately media mail packages couldn’t be processed with self-serve. She then patiently attended to my 100 envelopes by hand, typing in addresses, confirming destinations and applying labels. It took a long time, and she was really kind. Luckily, the post office had staffed two other attendants who handled the rest of the line, so no one had to wait to long to be helped.I grew up coming to this post office, and now back home, I’m happy to see that it’s the same kind and helpful service. Yes, sometimes it’s busy during holidays, but I’ve always experienced a lot of care here over the decades at this USPS location.”

“This USPS facility is right in the old town area beside BD elementary school. Courteous staff, got helped right away. The only thing to note is this facility is SMALL, basics can be done, but if someone needs a super center, ravensdale USPS is good too. I noticed that this center accepts application for passport.”

“I think a lot of people don’t know how the mail system works. It’s not your local post office that processes the mail, they just deliver it. It’s all part of a nation wide cohesive unit. They do not have control of your mail getting lost!! However they can track it for you. Do your research and stop complaining.”

“The Ravensdale Post Office staff is wonderful and lockers to access mail after hours makes everything so easy. However, they take random lunch hours with no consistent time away so we never know when we can access the counter. My suggestion is to post a set time, like with Walgreens, that they are closed for lunch to eliminate their customers from having to return two and three times.”
