He always gets people in and out quickly and is extremely respectful. I go out of my way now to go this location.”

“These guys knock it out of the park every single time. We use this company exclusively for branding and badging our semi trailer fleet. The decals are quality and last a very long time with correct application, and their pricing is extremely competitive.

“I've recently started venturing into selling prints of my photography, and I am so pleased to be using Northwest Fine Art Printing! Placing my order online was so easy, and I absolutely love that they offer custom dimensions to print any size you'd like. They have so many options for prints, but I went with simple photo luster giclee prints, and they turned out amazing. The paper is thick, durable, gorgeous quality. The prints look just like they do on a screen, which is difficult to come by with many print labs. Pricing is super fair too. Smaller prints are more pricey than you'd think, but their prices for big prints are actually so much more affordable than other places I've looked at. If you're printing for your business, they have a pro program and you get 20% off the listed price for each print and discounted shipping rates with no sign-up fee or subscription or anything - so helpful!
The real bonus with these guys - A family member of mine wanted a print for Christmas, so I placed a pretty last minute order. I called on December 23rd to check on the status of my order, they said it was expected to be ready on the 26th, but the super friendly fellow I spoke with - Corey I believe - said he'd check if they could get it done for me today. An hour later I got a call back and he said it'd be ready in an hour! These guys print amazing photos, with even more exceptional service, highly recommend!”

I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly wasn’t sure if they would still be able to help me since I had several documents that needed to be certified and notarized. Not only did John accommodate me, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
John was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to carefully review everything, made sure all the details were correct, and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time.
I also want to give a shoutout to Jaedan. While John was helping me, Jaedan did a great job taking care of the other customers and keeping things moving.
Before coming here, I stopped by at the UPS Renton location first closer to work, but they weren’t able to help me. I’m so glad I decided to come to the Kent Kangley location instead.
This wasn’t my first time here, and honestly, every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful, professional, and seem to care about their customers.

“I ordered a printer online. It cost only $1 more than another big-name internet seller and was ready for in-store pickup the following day. When I arrived, I found out that my purchase qualified for a $10 three-pack of printer paper that normally sells for over $11 per ream. The customer service attendant quickly refunded my on-line order and created a new order that included the 3 reams of paper for $10. She also helped me find what printer supplies were available for future needs and helped me carry my purchases out to my car. I enjoyed the feeling of being treated as a valuable customer.”

I came in to ship my step fathers personal effects, and his ashes to his children after my mom passed away. They were such a huge help in getting my items boxed up and shipped off to the correct address. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I left there feeling very thankful for them.
