“When my local UPS store in fairwood left me in a bind with printing a poster for an event I am having next day I called Staple. Alejandro answered the phone and was SO helpful, he guided me on how to get my poster printed and within hours even though they were slammed. I did what he said, and when I called back he was gone for the day but a really nice person told me they were aware of it and it would be ready in an hour. When I got there michael helped me and he was clearly overwhelmed by how busy they were and my poster wasn't ready. I was flustered, something that was supposed to be done, and wasn't because of the ups store was now taking several hours longer and I had so much more to do. Michael printed it right away,was above and beyond and even honored mismarked clearance items for me. Staples not only has everything you need but the team at staple the landing are professional, kind and just genuinely human. Thank you, you saved my behind!!!”

“I go to this place maybe each month to ship packages, they always have good quick service and kind workers, I’ve never had an issue here in the past 2 years I’ve gone to this location, they are very clear and helpful, last time I was there I was helped by a younger guy, super chill place.
Sometimes it does get busy and the workers looked stressed but they always treat everyone well.”
“This is my regular location and I only came in to get a gift shipped off to my God mom. Its usually crowded in here because it's a high traffic area. Today I was the only patron. Service is always great no issues. Each customer service person is kind, patient and respectful. Always asks for clarity on address or verification of phone number.”

Not sure about negative reviews but please be kind to client facing employees. As far as fees, just like any where, if you’re unhappy with it, just don’t use their service. Why the 1-star? It’s a business.”

“Good quality work. My kitchen sink was completely blocked and water was not draining at all. The plumber arrived on time, cleaned the blockage using proper equipment, and made sure everything was working before leaving. Very professional approach.”
