“Tom replaced the motor in our Subaru Tribeca. We previously brought it to another ship in Spokane and the quote was over $5,000 for a motor with over 150,000 miles on it. Tom put in a motor with about 40,000 miles on it, replaced the timing chain and gears, water pump, rear main seal, plugs, all seals, hoses and gaskets, basically everything, but the valves, pistons and camshaft was replaced. He also put a power steering pump in it and replaced the front struts/alignment… All this was about the same price the other shop was going to charge for swapping the engine with one that had more miles on it than the vehicle. Tom was very fair, he kept us updated on progress and got the job done right! We were very happy with Tom, and we found our new mechanic.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but my recent experience with Sculley’s made me feel like they need to be recognized.For some back story: I’ve been going to the same place for years. I’ve always enjoyed their customer service and their willingness to be honest and work with me. But recently I needed some work done. They had my car for three days and kept telling me “we’re almost done.” Well Friday comes around and they call to ask me if I want to pick up my car for the weekend as they hadn’t started the job. I was livid. I felt very lied to.Fast forward a few weeks and my truck breaks down…. The weekend I’m supposed to get hay…I was not super thrilled to go to my usual shop and Sculleys was close to where I had broken down so decided to give them a shot.They recommended a lovely man who towed my truck. And when they received my truck they made it very clear they were busy and probably wouldn’t get to it until Monday (this was Thursday morning). I’d figured that would be the case and told them not to worry about it.They called me early Friday to say they’d at least wanted to look at it and get the parts ordered, so had checked it out and needed a new alternator. They made it very clear they still probably wouldn’t get to it until Monday. Again I told them that was fine and go ahead when they had the time.Next thing I know they’re calling me to say my truck is ready and I can come pick it up whenever. Apparently the mechanic had stayed through lunch to get it done. The atmosphere I walked into was pleasant and friendly. The people there seemed to enjoy their jobs and each other.These days it’s rare to fine people who are open and honest, it’s even more rare to find people willing to do hard work. The fact that the mechanic was willing to work through lunch to get me my truck before the end of the day (when I wasn’t even expecting it until Monday) amazes me. I will 100% be making the switch permanent. I don’t like change so it’s huge for me to try something new, and typically I go back to my old ways quickly. But I fell they earned not only my business, but my respect with this encounter:”

“I read some reviews and decided to take a transmission in for a repair he said he was busy, but he could get it done in the next couple of days. He had it finished the next day, and it's still doing great ?. I've been back countless times and leave happy every time oh and the prices are almost half of the dealerships. The review that the barney guy left was hilarious. How would any mechanic know that your radiator was going to spring a leak and your thermostat was going to fail??? His air filter and clutch fan also faild??? Again, it's not part of getting an oil change! What's going on Barney is that you should know the difference between an oil change and inspection, and being able to tell the future. If you want your future read, go see a fortune teller. Bottom line, everyone at Hayes auto was nice, and the price was excellent.”

“The guys installed an 8" lift on my truck and it turned out awesome. They went above and beyond, from sourcing missing OEM parts, to fabricating older aftermarket parts to make them work with the new aftermarket parts, all to make sure it turned out perfect.”

“Very good customer service along with great quality of work. My pickups transfer case blew up and took out all the wiring, brake lines, and fuel line that went along the frame, and it also caught on fire which burnt all the wiring too, which they replaced or repaired. They completely redid everything along with putting in a fass fuel pump, replaced the transmission, the t-case, and other parts that got messed up. I am from Walla walla area and will only take my diesels to to this shop anymore for repair and performance upgrades.”

“B and B is a professional, reliable company. They DO give free estimates and advice backed up by 30+ yrs experience. Prices are comparable to any other pump service company in the area, several local drilling companies recommend them for installation of pump systems and service of those systems. Some folks expect to get something for nothing, and turn around and post lies online- YES YOU-JAKE LEE. That review is FAKE and OFFENSIVE. It should be removed.”

“Best place to stop in and snag a new sled for the upcoming season. Owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly . Best part is they have 2 locations and they’re both family owned . Bought a new sled from deer park location best decision I have ever made will be my new power sports dealer for life plus they also sell atvs/side by sides snowblowers chainsaws and much more .
