Full story: I called at 3pm about the car and they got us in the next day for a full diagnostic. Since the car hasn't been maintained like it should be, I was honestly expecting the worst. Scully’s came back with a solid plan of attack, clear estimates, and a list of what needed to be fixed immediately vs what we need to keep an eye on.
I couldn't be there in person, which only added to an already stressful situation for me, but they kept me informed every step of the way. They ran tests to find the problem and fixed what was needed at a fair price. I didn't expect to send my gf to a mechanic alone and have such a positive experience, but Sculley’s handled it.
They seem like honest people doing honest work and have earned my trust for future repairs. Give em a shot, you won’t be disappointed.”

“I was having some issues with axle locking sensors on my jeep. They were able to get me in quickly, look at the issue and determine the fix. They did have to take it to Dishman Dodge for the axle service and sensor replacement, but they kept me informed every step of the way and the handover to dishman was something they took care of so I didn’t have to drive into spokane and do it myself. Highly recommend them on sales and service.”

“Was referred to Scotty's Tire and Automotive by a friend, and just had the best car repair service ever! Windshield wiper not working so I called to make appointment. Of course they wanted to know the problem and they said before you bring it in go try this. What? Giving me a this might fix it solution and saying if that didn't work bring it in. I couldn't fix it so I brought it in. 1 hour after dropping it off they called and said ready to go. Turns out it was a simple fix and I asked what I owe. They said absolute nothing. Took us no time. That is a first. I will refer Scotty's to everyone that needs auto repair needs.Side not. I found out their oil changes are 30 dollars less then where I have been going. All of my oil changes and any repairs I need in the future will be at Scotty's.”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Rav 4 Woodland Edition from AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley (from out of state), and my experience was stellar. I had been looking for three months and was getting discouraged, when I found this vehicle online in transit to their dealership with no “Sale Pending.”
Before I contacted the dealership, I spent a few minutes looking at online reviews for salespeople at the dealership, and Drake’s name kept coming up, so I asked for him when I called. Believe me when I say THAT was the right call. From the beginning, throughout, and even after the sale, Drake has been cordial, responsive, helpful, and patient without a spec of the annoying condescension or cloying insincerity I have experienced with other salespeople at other dealerships.
Although I knew I wanted to snap up this vehicle, Drake never pressured me in any way. He assisted in expediting the out-the-door pricing, the deposit, and the approval for a deferred pick-up until I was available (even though this vehicle is in such high demand).
When I arrived to take delivery, Drake had everything ready. The paperwork was done, and the car had been detailed. We took it for a test spin, then he turned me over to his colleague, Kacey in finance, to discuss the purchase options. Although there was a lot of paperwork to go over and sign, Kacey was informative, thorough, patient, even funny! He makes you feel as though each sale is unique, even though he closes vehicle deals every day for a living. He has even responded to a post-sale request to my satisfaction.
Altogether, I felt like I picked the Dream Team (with Drake and Kacey) at a dealership (AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley) who puts their customers first - and that’s not the way I have been treated by other salespeople at other dealerships. So refreshing!”
