“Got my fan blower in my truck done here, not very cheap but you get what you pay for. Worked grate for the day but unfortunately truck caught fire about a couple days and 50 miles later. There was no known reason why it caught fire so not blaming anyone. Just really bad luck lately I guess.”

“Tom replaced the motor in our Subaru Tribeca. We previously brought it to another ship in Spokane and the quote was over $5,000 for a motor with over 150,000 miles on it. Tom put in a motor with about 40,000 miles on it, replaced the timing chain and gears, water pump, rear main seal, plugs, all seals, hoses and gaskets, basically everything, but the valves, pistons and camshaft was replaced. He also put a power steering pump in it and replaced the front struts/alignment… All this was about the same price the other shop was going to charge for swapping the engine with one that had more miles on it than the vehicle. Tom was very fair, he kept us updated on progress and got the job done right! We were very happy with Tom, and we found our new mechanic.”

“I read some reviews and decided to take a transmission in for a repair he said he was busy, but he could get it done in the next couple of days. He had it finished the next day, and it's still doing great ?. I've been back countless times and leave happy every time oh and the prices are almost half of the dealerships. The review that the barney guy left was hilarious. How would any mechanic know that your radiator was going to spring a leak and your thermostat was going to fail??? His air filter and clutch fan also faild??? Again, it's not part of getting an oil change! What's going on Barney is that you should know the difference between an oil change and inspection, and being able to tell the future. If you want your future read, go see a fortune teller. Bottom line, everyone at Hayes auto was nice, and the price was excellent.”

“My AC quit working. I took my truck to 2 different mechanics before I was able to get it to the guys I trust, Dierks Diesel. The previous mechanics quoted full replacement. Dierks diagnosed the problem as a simple valve replacement and saved me over a thousand dollars. Now my AC works great. These guys know their stuff.”
“The service here was fast, friendly, and professional. We called in at 5 PM and they said if we had our tractor tire there by 5:30 they would get us up and going before closing. They had a tire in stock, but we didn’t need it. They were able to get the tire back on the rim and check it out and get us back on our way. Free of charge. Steven was knowledgeable, helpful and professional! We will definitely go back to this location! Enjoy the pizza guys!”

“I brought an old lawn mower here since it wouldn't start. Kelly was the tech who fixed my unit. He was great. Even fixed an issue my mower has had since day one with the deck being unlevel. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable. The gal up front told me most of the staff there has 15-20 years of experience. You don't see that at other places. Will be back when the old mower needs something else. Hopefully I can get many more years out of it with their help.”
“The shop does amazing work Does not cut corners they worked on my vehicle after another shop worked on it and didn’t torque bolts to the right spec and then they did an alignment and they found front end parts that were worn out. They reached out. I gave them the green light to go ahead they got everything installed torque correctly and they do a thorough test drive. That’s another big thing that I like the employees are very friendly Very nice Shop I will be returning. Thank you again.”

“Had deer park diesel do 45% over injectors and a tune on my LLY Duramax and they have been nothing but awesome, any issue that I thought I had with the truck they would look at it and make sure and prove that their work is done perfectly and it is. Only had my truck for two days for a full injector job and a full tune on the pick up and got it back in fantastic condition. They show lots of care for what they do here and always make an effort to show that. Will be back for future work would recommend this shop to anyone!”
