“My daughter had originally had a breakdown and they were the closest shop. The repair went well and they informed us there were some codes that needed to be addressed. My daughter elected to not take care of it the time and she broke down again again shortly after a valuable lesson for her in the future. We did some work to determine the issue and reached back out they offered to take a look but since they were so far we took it elsewhere they did the same dianosis work we did and quoted 3500 to get their proposed fix. I rented a transport and got the car up to Riverside they were able to get her back on the road for less than 300. They went over the work that still needs to be done that they couldn't take care of but were incredibly knowledgeable with the years of experience this father son duo has. This is a family business and while it may look a little rough on the outside this is a hidden gem and one of the few places you can trust that they will do whats needed not what can be sold. I highly recommend these guys for anyone who may not be highly knowledgable and are worried about being taken advantage of. They are behind the gas station and not affiliated, so ignore the reviews related to the rude attendant or the uhaul rentals.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but my recent experience with Sculley’s made me feel like they need to be recognized.For some back story: I’ve been going to the same place for years. I’ve always enjoyed their customer service and their willingness to be honest and work with me. But recently I needed some work done. They had my car for three days and kept telling me “we’re almost done.” Well Friday comes around and they call to ask me if I want to pick up my car for the weekend as they hadn’t started the job. I was livid. I felt very lied to.Fast forward a few weeks and my truck breaks down…. The weekend I’m supposed to get hay…I was not super thrilled to go to my usual shop and Sculleys was close to where I had broken down so decided to give them a shot.They recommended a lovely man who towed my truck. And when they received my truck they made it very clear they were busy and probably wouldn’t get to it until Monday (this was Thursday morning). I’d figured that would be the case and told them not to worry about it.They called me early Friday to say they’d at least wanted to look at it and get the parts ordered, so had checked it out and needed a new alternator. They made it very clear they still probably wouldn’t get to it until Monday. Again I told them that was fine and go ahead when they had the time.Next thing I know they’re calling me to say my truck is ready and I can come pick it up whenever. Apparently the mechanic had stayed through lunch to get it done. The atmosphere I walked into was pleasant and friendly. The people there seemed to enjoy their jobs and each other.These days it’s rare to fine people who are open and honest, it’s even more rare to find people willing to do hard work. The fact that the mechanic was willing to work through lunch to get me my truck before the end of the day (when I wasn’t even expecting it until Monday) amazes me. I will 100% be making the switch permanent. I don’t like change so it’s huge for me to try something new, and typically I go back to my old ways quickly. But I fell they earned not only my business, but my respect with this encounter:”

Yuriy helped me out and was very professional and explained everything to me; both times I’ve been in they have individually addressed and fixed every concern I’ve had with the vehicle.I trust these guys 100% and have never had an issue leaving my work tools, electronics, sunglasses, etc. in the truck, everything is exactly how I left it when I get it back. Prices are comparable to any other pump service company in the area, several local drilling companies recommend them for installation of pump systems and service of those systems. Some folks expect to get something for nothing, and turn around and post lies online- YES YOU-JAKE LEE. That review is FAKE and OFFENSIVE. It should be removed.”

“I had a mis fortune of damaging my grand design 5th wheel on the way to Spokane Washington. Once you're riding at my destination I contacted grand design back in Indiana and they recommended I contact click IT RV. My insurance company did not conduct business in Washington state and therefore took 4 estimators to Come to an agreement on repairs and cost and 3 months to agree to costs. The cost of repairs were not out of line it was all the insurance company dragging their knuckles Since they didn't do business in the state of Washington everything was done over the phone be a email and then quitting of The estimated along the line. Once you agree it was made click it It would take 4 weeks Make repairs. The gentleman that I worked with at clickett RV with Steve Yamada Steve was awesome to work with I called him every week sometimes twice a week checking on the progress and was more than gracious and upfront and honest with me every time on Timeline what was holding things up and what I could do to make things move along including contact insurance company to help him get the appropriate going. My son lives in the area was the reason for the visit in the 1st place and when my son would stop by to check on the repairs and look over the progress Steve was more than happy to show him around and give him a tour and update. The date I was given and agreed to was 6 weeks As we need agreed to Considering all the parts in materials were coming from back east I told Steve it was going to take 6 weeks rather than 4 to get this done. And it was 6 weeks to the day. Grand design was awesome for them to deal with they were awesome with me in suggesting click ITRV and the other RV companies to stay away from in the area as they have received negative feedback from other grand design owners. When my wife's son and I went to pick up The 5th wheel They had it out ready for inspection And gave us the full background on everything they did For repairs from The pictures they took when they received it to pictures they took along the way of the repair to the final product. To look at the final completed product you could not tell that anything ever happened to my RV and it looks like it should coming right off the factory Production line. The manager Wax Came out with Steve and walk the 3 of us through The repairs And look over the repairs and make sure that everything seem to work and to let us know that if we had any issues to contact them They would take care of it.1 of the propane tanks filled at purchasing RV company was over tightened and could not be opened by hand. Wax had one of his crew fix it for us. If you were ever in the Spokane area and need any kind of work done to your RV You need to stop by click it On highway 2Periods and get this. Get your work done Ask for Steve or wax As they will take care of you like your family.”

“I bought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 two weeks ago and was helped by Jim Kruze and the finance guy, Josh. These two guys were a pleasure to work with and made my car buying process easy!! They both listened to exactly what I was looking for and the budget I wanted to be at. Jim was very knowledgeable about the Mazda, never felt pressuring, or gave off a sleezy salesman vibe you might find at other lots.Mind you, I knew my Mazda was exactly what I've been wanting, and I saw it online the night before. I came early the next day, and it certainly did not take long for me to fall in love with it! The test drive and Jim's quality service sealed the deal!!The finance process took fairly quick and they were able to get the loan and extended warranty right around what I budgeted for! They offered lifetime oil changes wrapped in the payment and I took that offer for only about $10 more a month! No brainer IMO!The Mazda did have a low tire as I test drove it, and after the paperwork was finalized, Jim filled up all four tires and the issue seemed resolved. About a week later, the low tire indicator came back on and I reached out to Jim. He quickly got me setup with an appointment a few days later. Overall, he did a great job with the buying process and helping resolve the tire issue. I recommend working with Jim Kruze for your car buying needs!A few days later, I brought my Mazda into the service center and explained the history of the tire to a very helpful and understanding service technician (unfortunately forgot his name but it started with a Y). He took the initiative to speak to his manager about the tire after determining there was a nail, they ended up patching it up for me and covered the cost of the fix. Bravo Lithia!! ??You guys are doing business fairly and honest IMO, and I appreciate it so much! I love my Mazda and am glad I was able to find it at Lithia! If you're looking for a new ride, I recommend checking out this place!”
