“We have a rib roast at Christmas most years and usually get it from a local meat shop or Costco. This year we tried the Yokes Divine Rib Roast and were very impressed.The price is heard to beat. An 8 lb. cut from the smaller end reserved a few days ahead and ready for us with our name on it on the day requested.We got the unseasoned roast and it turned out perfect.Would highly recommend and plan on buying one again next year.”
