“The manager Khadedra was awesome!! Very helpful & kind to our family when we applied & came in for a view of the apartment. She was kind to our 6 year old daughter in making sure she was ok by giving her coloring sheets & crayons to keep her occupied. Her hospitality made us have an enjoyable experience. We ended up getting into another apartment complex but we had hoped to move in to Arbor Chase because of Khadedra's warm personality. Will definitely refer family & friends to meet her & apply there!!! Thank you-The Fotu Family”

“I have been living here about six months now and I just wanna say that the maintenance guy Roger is such a great asset to this apartment complex. he is always so friendly and has great mannerisms. He gets everything done and he doesn’t seem irritated by us like the other maintenance guy Walter. That guy runs when I have a maintenance request out and he sees me or he promises and never delivers, and I just absolutely love the ladies in the office”
