“Scott and his team went above and beyond. I had them do a full PPF and ceramic coating, but there was a little blemish and they treated me well and got me in to fix it even though it was going to be a lot of work for them. He also gave me a ride nearby, which made things extremely convenient. You can tell they’ve been doing it for a long time and have a lot of experience which is why I chose them. Also, they do paint correction before putting on the film whereas the other guy who quoted me just washes the car. Doing a paint correction is the correct way to do it. Also, they gave really good recommendations for products to use to keep my ceramic coating looking good. Great service??.”
“We had an unfortunate leaky sunroof situation that created a moldy mess in our newer car. Dennis was super helpful and got us in for detailing at his first available opening. He did an excellent and thorough job and the car looks better than it ever did! Great communication and competitive pricing, particularly for mold remediation. He also guarantees his work which is reassuring. Highly recommend!”
“Great, honest, hand car wash from hard working people. Just had them do a quick in/out service on my vehicles this weekend. I will say some of the chemicals they use on interior plastics are a little harsh/slippery but just communicate what you want or don’t want and they will accommodate.”

“Great service. I called Tuesday was in on Wednesday and everything was great. Level 3 took about 5-6 hours and my 10 year old car looks brand new. Car is so clean. Great business here for many years. They asked me to inspect everything and to bring the car back if I found any dirt. So far it is spotless. They offer hand wash too same day.”

“Best-priced gas pretty much anywhere, but unfortunately they have some of the ghettoest customers. Too often while filling up, your ears are assaulted by all the inconsiderate punks, between their loudass systems rattling everything nearby, or them peeling out of the parking lot with their noisyass oversized tailpipes. Try to go during "off hours" to avoid dealing with the riffraff.”
“No tire shine or wheel polish, the license plate is taking some time to register in the conputer. Other than that everything is fine, the brushes seems to be soft.”

“From start to finish, Jose’s Auto Detailing did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule me at the exact time and date I requested, which I really appreciated. I went with the full interior clean, and the results blew me away — my car hasn’t looked this clean since I bought it back in 2017!
To be honest, my car was in rough shape. I used it for work, have a busy family, park under a tree that drops pine needles everywhere, and even had a drink spill all over the interior after a car accident. Jose’s team removed every bit of it and left the car looking and smelling fresh again.
They deep-cleaned the carpets and seats, not just spot-cleaned like other companies I called. That alone made the service well worth the price. The level of detail and care they put into the job was outstanding.

“Pink Elephant car wash in Burien WA does a decent wash. I got the ultimate 20.00 car wash maybe a little pricey fo what you get but its all in perspective. The only thing missing is tire dressing had to finish that up at home. Also if someone cuts in front of you they will get your selected purchased wash so don't et that happen.”

“Nice location and I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Which was much appreciated because I've never been to a Brown Bear so I wasn't familiar with the process and they made me feel welcome and taken care of. I loved that the vacuums were free. I wasn't really impressed with the job the car wash machinery did - particularly for the cost. Lots of areas on the car body not washed very well.”

“Nam was a referral from another mechanic shop. I happened to have been in Burien and called Nam and he said to bring it in. Asked if I needed a loaner car. All I had to do was have my ID and insurance card and fill the gas upon return.
It was an extra five minutes and so EASY! I would have had to find a ride or call an Uber. This is the additional touch I wish other mechanics had.”

“My wife swears by JD for her Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with its alcantara throughout the seats and fit and finish. If he weren’t OCD, she would have eaten him alive with criticism unless he had rigorous processes in place. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was also good at cleaning Ferraris.
So someone with extremely high standards approves of it. I think whoever’s reading this will be happy using the company.
This is Seattle and there are people who are impossible to please, but just use him. If you are looking for someone to clean a high-end vehicle, you’re eating up valuable time, which is money, looking around. You don’t need to waste any more time.”
“It's very accessible, can get packed at times. Also be aware that it does have brushes so you may get scratches if any from the brushes at these types of car wash. Check times the later you go the vacuums may be shut down.”
“You can do a free vac and wipe down for 15 min with your wash. No self serve car wash unfortunately that’s my preference. Staff on duty today very nice and polite, love brown bear.”

“We’ve been using Brothers for quite a while to wash our semi trucks and chassis. We recently had them clean the exterior of our bldg as well. They do a great job, easy to communicate with and flexible with their hours. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable company.”

“I love Brown Bear car washes! My son took me through one for the first time after I moved to Seattle. He made it a fun little jam session with tunes cranked up! This last wash was paid for with a coupon for a free wash from Walker's Renton Mazda where I'd had some work done (bonus!). Even with two lines of cars backed up seven deep each feeding into one line, the wait didn't seem long at all! The workers prepping the cars with extra services were fast and efficient in moving the line along. Next time your car needs a wash, pull up, sit back, crank the jams, and run it through a Brown Bear (the one with the new yellow bear logo)!”

“Nice Chevron Station; opens at 5:30am. This is a business located at a very busy intersection, high volume foot and vehicle traffic daily. When I’ve (frequently) visited this location, it is always clean…..both interior and exterior: convenient store, bath room, gas fueling area, detailing and vacuuming areas….always clean!!!! I’ve always had nice welcoming encounters with the staff; both inside store and outside at Carwash. Also nice to know you can use your Safeway fuel points when purchasing gas here; inquire within. All this said because Chevron appreciates their customers. Please continue with the good, positive service. Thank you”
