Employees of the bank park in patron only spots. Disregard for customers if they take the closest spots to the door making their elderly customers walk further because they have zero cares or decorum. I now go to Burien to avoid when taking my family to the bank.

We use this bank mainly for business purposes, but the bank is extremely slow, expect to wait 15-20 minutes on arrival when the bank is busy, there are only 2 bank tellers and they got adequate norms.

2 stars sounds about right. The slowest and least responsive branch ever. They don’t know how to prioritize customers that have been waiting in line. What a joke.
