“Let me just think Andy's Auto for fixing my vehicle. Jeep no longer makes the position sensor for the steering wheel. It took Andy sometime to Source the part. It wasn't correct the first time or the second. He had to work at it. So thank you! If the phone doesn't answer, they're busy as they are down one person. Andy was out in the shop when I got there. If I could, I would ask Andy for a job. You should too if you're in the look.
Thanks again Andy and his staff. It's the holiday season, so bring cookies by! No he didn't ask that. When I was nursing in the hospital, we always had cookies around the holidays.

“Great service. Well worth driving from Burien to Lakewood to have the fuel filter changed on our 2016 Sprinter van. The price was very good and as promised I was able to drop the van off and wait while the service was completed. The service was completed in 1 hour from the time I arrived. I’m incredibly greatful to him, he’s a genuinely honest & intelligent mechanic, I can tell that he’s truly dedicated to his work, and I always feel like my prius is in great hands when I bring it to him. He just fixed a bad wheel bearing that I’d been dealing with for several months. My car drives like an absolute dream now, I really can’t thank him enough.
I actually had a dealership gloss over the issue a month ago as well, they ran a routine oil change & supposedly inspected everything else. I don’t know if they routinely check bearings or not but they completely missed that I had a rattling & failing wheel bearing 🤦🏻♀ so I spent another month guessing that the noise I was hearing had something to do with the tires, not knowing that the issue was much more serious than that.
Jay took my concerns seriously, test drove my car & immediately noticed the problem & fixed it same-day, and the price he quoted me was fair as well. And he showed me the part which also reflects the honest nature of this place. Can’t reccomend A1 enough 😊”

“I am not one to leave reviews, however good customer service is very hard to come by in todays day and age. I have been looking to get some rust repair done on my vehicle, and I have been calling around to different shops. Martiniano's was one of the few that responded in good time. I decided to stop by their shop and see what they could do. They were extremely upfront with their prices and what they were going to do and their time frame. I decided to pull the trigger with them and dropped my vehicle off.
They were great with communication throughout the process. I picked up the vehicle and the work they did looked great. Not only did they do what we agreed on, but they cleaned up a gasket around a window and took out some good size dents in the rear of the vehicle, with no additional cost. I was also given some touchup paint and a quick tutorial on how I could work on any chips that need to be fixed elsewhere.
I was blown away by the service I was provided. They went above and beyond. I have plenty more work to be done to my vehicle and I will be sure to return. I cant recommend them enough.”

“I took my vehicle to another mechanic and over $2,000 later my car came back with more issues that was not previously there, that they could not fix without more money. I brought my same vehicle in to Ray's Auto Center wanting one specific issue fixed which was my air conditioner, and they were able to fix it and another issue with my vehicle that I was told would cost over a grand from the previous mechanic with a $2 part and some knowledge. I am beyond grateful with the honesty of this mechanic shop which I was recommended to by friends and family. The price was perfect compared to what I had come to expect from the experience with the last mechanic.”

Due to my military service, I have dealt with mechanics in different cities and countries. This mechanic shop is exceptional!
They are fast and efficient. The location is clean and free of any debris or random spills around their work area.
I am not mechanically inclined, and they always break down the problem and solution to the point that it is easy for me to understand. Jonathan at the front desk is beyond helpful.
Sometimes, they even call you after getting service done here to make sure you are satisfied with the service done in your vehicle.
They never pressure you to leave a positive review in Google.”

“Recently, as I was out doing errands at different stops, I suddenly realized that my brakes were barely working, having to push them down as far as I could to make a stop. I immediately returned home and called McCabe's Auto to ask for their immediate, if possible, attention to my lack of brake power in our car. They said to bring it in immediately, which we did, and they examined, and repaired, our brake system in just 24 hours. As this is our only car, we so appreciated their quick help and repair when it was badly needed. “5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!!I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.)I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.”
