“I've been shopping for tools and supplies at Harbor Freight for years. They have very good quality tools at reasonable prices, much less than at the major box or hardware stores. The very few times I had any problems, the store staff were always anxious to help and replace the item if needed. “Stopped by to buy a CO2 tank, the staff was really helpful, walked me through the different options and helped me confirm the choices I had in mind. I also got a chance to discuss a few of the beginner's questions I had about welding, which were all nicely answered. I'm really happy that I'll be able to buy all the gas I need in this very convenient location!
If anything, I wish that there was one day of the week when the store was open past 5pm, or maybe even a small time slot during the weekend, but that's being nit-picky :)

“No expressly negative experiences. Staff is very helpful when you can find them. Like most establishments lately they seem to be understaffed which is difficult for a non-fix-it person like me who doesn't know where to find anything. The app has been the most helpful for finding items. They did cut a dowel for me and I greatly appreciated the extra effort.”

“Worked for the county and used to stop here, quickly - lol, in the morning. Was fun cause they had a trivia question each day.Have been in a few times lately. The store is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. Nice and roomy, clean, nice bathroom, has hot food and the cashier's are friendly. They also sell propane!”

I bought a place recently in Redmond and I was lucky to have Home Depot within a mile of my new place. I had to replace all the bathroom toilets and other kitchen appliances . Matt, a Home Depot outdoor loading associate, loaded my heavy home improvement toilet in an ex Uber that I ordered, and he did this with a smile and was very cordial and very enthusiastic about helping us.
Matt, was very professional, courteous and eager to help.

“What a great store to browse or to buy. Their extraordinary hardware collection is a family fave. Rows of bolts things, including metric fine pitch allen bolts being especially important to us on our most recent visit. Then there are the plants, the garden tchotchkes, cleaning supplies, and everything else! Good place to bring well behaved kids also, let them browse along with you.”
