“I ship documents here quite often and they have great customer service.
When we had an issue that a package shipped by overnight shipping was not delivered, I tried to contact UPS customer support and couldn't talk to a real person. But then I reached out to this UPS store, and they did some investigation and got back to me the same day (even after they were closed!) and let me know that the issue had to do with major storms in the area where the package was supposed to be delivered.

Manny, Preet, and the rest of the representatives are outstanding at giving professional and efficient service. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are extremely patient and kind in dealing with customers.
In regards to negative reviews, let me say this. I am doing business in this store 3-5 days a week, and have the opportunity to watch and overhear interactions. I will say that the majority of the time it is the customer who is the challenge.”

“UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP... met the owner while he was training his team and cleaning up the location he just took over. I would tell you I was impressed with how he was explaining the process to the employee... as a customer felt comfortable having them ship a family chest for me. They made a custom box and wrapped it before shipping. Cost was not inexpensive, but feel was fair for service provided. Try this location out!”
