“I use this UPS store frequently for Amazon returns and the staff is always ready to help if something isn't working right, they always seem happy when talking with eachother. I will continue to select this store when I need returns or to mail anything through UPS. (I tried the Maltby Rd store twice and both times they were grumpy.)”

“Pak Mail in Bellevue is fantastic. I recently went in for a fingerprinting appointment, which is usually a tedious chore, but Inderjit made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly efficient, timely, and his great conversation and humor completely broke up the awkwardness of the finger-scanning process.
The shop itself is in a great location, runs a tight ship, and offers a massive variety of services at very reasonable prices. Love supporting small business owners who run things this well. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”
“We came here to ship my wife's wedding bouquet for preservation. We had to ship the flowers delicately enough that they wouldn't get crushed in transit, and they had to be in a bag of water. My wife was very worried but the guy behind the counter was a superstar. He carefully packed up the flowers, allowing us to help, and used more packing material than what we had brought to make sure the flowers were cushioned. We really appreciated the extra help!”

“I just love this place. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. I am a notary so the majority of the time, I just have document packages to drop off for shipping.
There have been a couple of times when I have also had my own packages to ship or if I need my own form notarized.
It's also super helpful to have them so close to Fred Meyer so that I can double up my errands on a busy day.
They are my go-to shipping place and I hope they are here forever!”

Aunt Park can speak Mandarin, English and Korean, and is very authentic. She will help me choose the best and most economical service every time. Her store can deliver cross-border logistics for all companies, and the speed is faster than Chinese logistics. It is highly recommended!”

Joshua and Destiny have always been such kind and patient individuals, especially when I or others are not organized or fully ready with Amazon returns or shipment details! I've also noticed that on top of helping customers, they are training new people who get hired at the same time! I will give the new people some grace, as people need time to learn the basics. This store always provides such great service thanks to their hardworking employees. Long lines don't last very long if those two are on shift together!
