“Only saw 1 handicap parking space at this strip mall and it was 11 spots away from the door. The entrance does not have automatic openers so another customer has to open and hold the door for anyone with difficulty walking or opening heavy doors. The shop was very crowded with people waiting for services at 1pm on a Saturday. There are a few chairs but more people than seats. Came here for fingerprinting because it's 1 of only a few places who do this on Saturdays. They sell packing/shipping supplies, have mailboxes, and ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Understaffed but staff was quick, nice, and professional.”

“My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”
“We came here to ship my wife's wedding bouquet for preservation. We had to ship the flowers delicately enough that they wouldn't get crushed in transit, and they had to be in a bag of water. My wife was very worried but the guy behind the counter was a superstar. He carefully packed up the flowers, allowing us to help, and used more packing material than what we had brought to make sure the flowers were cushioned. We really appreciated the extra help!”

Aunt Park can speak Mandarin, English and Korean, and is very authentic. She will help me choose the best and most economical service every time. Her store can deliver cross-border logistics for all companies, and the speed is faster than Chinese logistics. It is highly recommended!”

“We have been customers of the Bothell UPS Store for many years. We have always received great service.
I lead a ministry starting churches and encourage all of our pastors/church planters to consider obtaining a UPS Store mailbox. Having this mailbox gives them a safe and convenient way to receive deliveries and have a public address without divulging their home address.
I read some comments about long wait times in other reviews. As someone who is in the store frequently, I've never felt that wait times were significant, even during the holiday rush.
I have been impressed with how well the team at the UPS Store has handled the uptick in traffic since they became an Amazon return location. Yes, there are more customers, but I have never felt slighted in the service that I received.

“I do not understand so many negative reviews. I've been doing business with this store for 6 years. They've never been rude or impolite to me. They know who I am. I walk in the door they know which mailbox is mine I don't even have to ask. They've helped me on a lot of shipping issues notary issues. I just don't understand. They can be a little non-attentive when the line is out the door. But I don't blame them for that.”

“Needed a passport photo and they were close by. Messed up my shoulder in a car wreck a few years ago which makes it hard to get a good passport photo and it took a few trys to get it but staff was super friendly and helpful. Also got a digital copy on the spot which was great.
Besides Passport photos they also provide a few other sources. Obviously rental mailboxes if you don't have anywhere else to get your mail. They also have some specialized packing/shipping materials. I've never seen a specialized wine shipping container (holds 6 bottles) before lol. Also have printer and scanner onsite.
I Would def recommend this place to anyone I knew without hesitation.”
