They Always ask how I’m doing. They are so sweet and patient with me. I also have worked in the health care industry and they have a great bedside manner which can’t be taught. I want to say thank you so much for your kindness especially considering the issues I have this means the world to me. If you do have any mental health issues and want a place that will care for you like a human being pick Safeway.”
“Our go-to grocery for 30 years. Nice people and mostly reasonable prices for members. Great deli, cheese, dessert, and hot foods sections. Going a bit heavy on self-checkout in my opinion.”

I must admit that one of the things I will miss the most is the service and genuine personal touch of the QFC Pharmacy staff. Highly professional and extremely thorough.
Who would think that you would miss your pharmacist?”
“I do the majority of my shopping here and I have never had a problem. Worst case scenario, you have to wait a minute or two to use the self-checkout. Every employee I have interacted with through my years of shopping here has been friendly and more than willing to help with anything. The staff really does make the store that much better.”

“I have had consistently great experiences with the majority of the staff at Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain medications, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled correctly. I truly appreciate how caring and professional most of the team is.
However, I’ve had multiple interactions with one employee, Azemba, that have been very disappointing. Each time I’ve spoken with her, she has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s been a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent customer service I usually receive here.
Because of the rest of the staff, I will continue to use this pharmacy, but I hope management addresses this issue so all customers receive the same level of respect and care.”

“The Drive-up and Go team is amazing. So cheerful and friendly, they create a joyful atmosphere and my kids love them. It is fun to see the team each week. They are hardworking and diligent. I never have any issues with my orders, they pick out great produce, which hasn't historically been the case for me. They will pick out the deals for me too, if I don't readily see them, e.g. buy-one get-one-free. I feel they are looking out for me, and that they genuinely care about me as a person. The orders are always done in advance of the scheduled time, and on or under budget. The substitutions are great and always delivered quickly to me, and if there is any question they contact me immediately. I have been using them for years and I absolutely love the service and the team. Meagan, Amanda, and Gabi, are so great! But so is everyone there. You will love these guys and how they make you feel! Watching them interact with others, I can tell you it is not just me who loves them and their amazing work ethic and cheerful personalities. I look forward to seeing them each week.?? Thanks ladies!!!!”

“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”

“I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews. We moved to the Sammamish area 8 months ago, and this has been the best pharmacy we’ve used—hands down—compared to four others we tried. The team is always helpful and welcoming, gets our prescriptions ready quickly, and takes the time to answer all my questions. They’ve even offered to call my doctor, clinic, or insurance to get things sorted without delay.
We also love the mobile app—it’s easy to use and makes ordering medications simple. Thank you to the entire team for doing such a great job. No one asked me to write this review—I’m doing it because you truly deserve the recognition.”
