“With so many pharmacies shutting down, I'm happy they expanded to handle a lot more people . Always met with a smiling friendly worker, all my questions answered, quick on med refills. Sometimes the line gets long, but thats because there are less options in the area now.”

“I have had consistently great experiences with the majority of the staff at Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain medications, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled correctly. I truly appreciate how caring and professional most of the team is.
However, I’ve had multiple interactions with one employee, Azemba, that have been very disappointing. Each time I’ve spoken with her, she has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s been a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent customer service I usually receive here.
Because of the rest of the staff, I will continue to use this pharmacy, but I hope management addresses this issue so all customers receive the same level of respect and care.”
