“I’ve had two very different experiences with U-Haul pick-up locations. At Redmond Ridge Self Storage, store manager Alexcia was phenomenal—so helpful and kind. Moving is always stressful, but having someone like her truly brightens the day and makes everything so much easier. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. In contrast, my experience at Red Way Self Storage was the complete opposite. The staff member there was unhelpful, rude, and dismissed my questions by saying he didn’t even work for U-Haul. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to use U-Haul for my interstate move, but I’m reconsidering just because of Alexcia at Redmond Ridge!”
“This self-storage facility is safe and makes it easy to move your things in and out. We came in responding to an ad for 50% off the first two months. Unfortunately, the discount was not honored during the time we stored our things there. We let Cinda know at the front desk, and though it took a couple months, she persevered and got us our discount refunded. Thank you Cinda! We would come back and work with Cinda anytime. :)”

“RS Park Place was an excellent choice for us. We kept our 26 foot travel trailer in one of their 30 foot spots safe and secure. Easy to get in and easy to get out, fully fenced and an electric coded gate, it was kind of perfect. We moved out after a garage was built for our RV, otherwise we’d still be there. The management is very responsive and provides a nicely maintained and secure storage park at a great price. I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommend!”

“My family utilized this storage facility for several years (unexpectedly). They offer the moving truck here for convenience as well and everything worked out well from the beginning. The staff were so kind and helpful. They have been for 5 years, even when the new management took over, you can tell they care. I've had a hard time getting my code to take to the keypad, and I was helped promptly.
I would highly recommend this facility. They are straightforward and affordable. If I need a storage unit again, I would use Chain Lake Self Storage again! Thank you all for always understanding that life happens. All you have to do is call & talk to them. I've never had a bad conversation or was treated poorly. I always felt better after I hung up too. “I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. I have been very happy with the service I have received being a prior client and using their establishment also to rent U-Haul trucks from time to time.
