“The move in was extremely smooth. The customer service has been excellent. Our only concern is with the PNW odor in the unit. Hopefully our possessions don't come out smelling like grandma's basement. We put 4 damprids into the unit but I doubt they will do much. A dehumidifying air circulation system is required.”
“It's your typical storage place, nothing really special except all the units are heated. I don't like that there isn't 24 hour access to the unit. From 11pm to 7am there is no access allowed. I just don't understand why that is since everyone who does have access is a paying customer with ID and everything about you on file. Security cameras would catch anyone if they did try to do anything. I thought maybe they didn't want people making noise late at night moving stuff in or out, but it's not near any residential buildings. Other than that, it's well maintained and clean for the most part. The staff is friendly and accommodating.”
“Great family owned and operated business. Old school…..no App to download and when you call you get a real person in the office.
We had a large unit for 8 years and never had any problems.

“The Eagle Storage Team went above and beyond to make a very difficult move from Alaska easier!
I had a 26' shipping container with a tenative delivery date. The manager, Brian was very understanding and accommodating.
He made arrangements to hold a parking space for the shipping trailer to be dropped off and parked for a few days, until it could be unloaded and picked up by the shipping company.
He also reserved the two closest 10x10 units available to shorten the unloading distance for storage.
Relocation - storage tenant for 6 months, finally settled in Olympia.
