“The move in was extremely smooth. The customer service has been excellent. Our only concern is with the PNW odor in the unit. Hopefully our possessions don't come out smelling like grandma's basement. We put 4 damprids into the unit but I doubt they will do much. A dehumidifying air circulation system is required.”

“It's your typical storage place, nothing really special except all the units are heated. I don't like that there isn't 24 hour access to the unit. From 11pm to 7am there is no access allowed. I just don't understand why that is since everyone who does have access is a paying customer with ID and everything about you on file. Security cameras would catch anyone if they did try to do anything. I thought maybe they didn't want people making noise late at night moving stuff in or out, but it's not near any residential buildings. Other than that, it's well maintained and clean for the most part. The staff is friendly and accommodating.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this place because it's so good. I honestly can't say enough great things about it! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere—this is the place you want.
The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, which is a refreshing change from most storage companies. They even offer a large box truck you can use for free, along with free pallets to help with moving and organizing.
