And Lilly was very helpful and helped us move our unit to the first floor from the second floor without any problem or hiccup so far they have been extremely helpful and their unit is very clean very organized and they really are helpful in getting us moved in”
“My family utilized this storage facility for several years (unexpectedly). They offer the moving truck here for convenience as well and everything worked out well from the beginning. The staff were so kind and helpful. They have been for 5 years, even when the new management took over, you can tell they care. I've had a hard time getting my code to take to the keypad, and I was helped promptly.
I would highly recommend this facility. They are straightforward and affordable. If I need a storage unit again, I would use Chain Lake Self Storage again! “I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. “In May of 2021, when I called -- right at their closing time of 6p -- to seek parking for my three archival-storage trailers, the owner, Jason, stayed on the phone past his closing time in order to very kindly & clearly explain that they were now full; but then, after hearing re my predicament of needing trailer parking right away, he very thoughtfully referred me to his friend who has a farm nearby (who when I then called agreed to let me park my trailers there instead). I think Jason's kindness may've saved me from having to lose some of my archives! (Jason also explained that he does vehicular repair, specializing in RV's & trailers.)”
