“I highly recommend Sherlock Self Storage in Duvall. Alex was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When I needed to downsize from a larger unit to a smaller one, he made the change quick and hassle-free. Later, after I shipped my belongings, cancelling the unit was just as easy, and I received a refund for the unused days remaining in the billing period. I truly appreciated the excellent and honest customer service and would gladly use them again.”

“I have experience hard time to complete my payment online, then Mark see my online reservation and call-in to check to see if I need help. Finally I successfully complete my rental process in store. Mark is such a wonderful person! He is patient, kind, and explains everything so clearly that it’s easy to understand. I’m really glad I had the chance to meet him and truly appreciate his help.”

“I had a friend of mine who rented a storage unit several years ago and I have recently been shopping around for a unit and should have started here. I went to two other places before settling with Sherlock. You can also tell how well the entire facility is run by the two people managing this campus; clear and concise with paperwork and verbal instructions--J and J!”

“My family utilized this storage facility for several years (unexpectedly). They offer the moving truck here for convenience as well and everything worked out well from the beginning. The staff were so kind and helpful. They have been for 5 years, even when the new management took over, you can tell they care. I've had a hard time getting my code to take to the keypad, and I was helped promptly. I would highly recommend this facility. They are straightforward and affordable. If I need a storage unit again, I would use Chain Lake Self Storage again! Thank you all for always understanding that life happens. All you have to do is call & talk to them. I've never had a bad conversation or was treated poorly. I always felt better after I hung up too. The way they consistantly helped my parents was something you don't receive anymore, sadly. Thank you all at Chain Lake storage. You have a wonderful duo running that place ?”

“I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. I have been very happy with the service I have received being a prior client and using their establishment also to rent U-Haul trucks from time to time. If you’re looking to declutter during the holiday times reach out to Denise Or Ben!”

“In May of 2021, when I called -- right at their closing time of 6p -- to seek parking for my three archival-storage trailers, the owner, Jason, stayed on the phone past his closing time in order to very kindly & clearly explain that they were now full; but then, after hearing re my predicament of needing trailer parking right away, he very thoughtfully referred me to his friend who has a farm nearby (who when I then called agreed to let me park my trailers there instead). I think Jason's kindness may've saved me from having to lose some of my archives! (Jason also explained that he does vehicular repair, specializing in RV's & trailers.)”
