“Came in and worked with Ira who was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Ira told me what all the numbers meant for my battery and we decided on a 640 cold cranking amp battery. Unfortunately the one that we picked out we got the wrong size for. while Ira was switching it out another gentleman came over, took the battery and switched it for one with much less cold cranking amps without explaining to me which battery we were using. I never saw the battery and he never explained to me which one he got. I thought it was a one-for-one swap just the correct size. Ira was great tho and my car runs again.”
