“I went in this am needing a new battery after I was told that my battery was fine it was just corroded and put some Coca-Cola on it. Well my car wouldn’t start this morning. They did not have enough team members to install the battery. I had no one else that would change out the battery. I went to several other places that (were open) I was told they had the battery but would not install on my Chevy Cruze because i needed to go to a mechanic (mostly places like that were closed!!!) The employees assured me they would call back if they got a third person back in. Well hours later Kayla called me back and she was able to install my battery in under 30 mins. She was super nice and knew what she was doing! Thanks! Your customer service is great!”
