“If I could give Monarch 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough. I drove from Bothell all the way to Federal Way and I will never go to another collision center. The service and communication was great. The work was fantastic, and the pricing was extremely fair. Monarch went above and beyond every step of the way!”

“Smooth experience fixing my bumper from a hit and run. Bob and his crew were always pleasant, up front, and professional. Stuck to the timeline they originally provided. As part of the service, they also kindly cleaned the interior of my car, including the inside of the windshield (which had been on my todo list).”

“I had an excellent experience with Gabriel and Carime at Crash Champions in Federal Way. Gabriel was incredibly meticulous while examining my black Lexus NX 350 for damage and gave me clear, honest insight into everything that needed to be repaired. Carime truly went above and beyond, calling several Enterprise locations to help us secure a rental car. They genuinely understand how stressful it can be to lose access to your vehicle and truly care about getting it repaired and back on the road as soon as possible. Their communication, attention to detail, and customer service were impeccable. Crash Champions has consistently taken great care of my family, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done for us. I highly recommend Gabriel, Carime, and the entire Federal Way team!”

“Unfortunately- Honest Performance no longer exists. This is now NAPA. And while a good parts store, not a performance resource. The performance store that was here has been gone for over five years now and I for one miss them.”

“Dropped off a set of 200k mile Subaru side feeders for cleaning. They had them done in a few hours. Friendly and professional. On a side note my short fuel trim at idle was maxed at 25% with a long at 18% causing a po171 and overall poor drivability. After the service my short trim was 8% and long 6% not perfect but with over 200k on a turbo car not bad. Drivability is back to factory! Completely worth the money.”

“Ron does top-tier work and gets it done fast! I brought him my 67 Chevelle project for a back-half job, and he did amazing work! The panels look amazing, the 9-inch rear he built is flawless, and the roll cage he built is fantastic. He knows his stuff, and I'd recommend him for any fab work!”

“I have been dealing with Pacific One collision and restoration for many years now and quite a few of my personal cars have gone there, there quality is on matched from walking in the door, customer service, the knowledge the team has to provide a phenomenal experience. The shop is organized, clean and very friendly. Not to mention what collision shop gives u there rental why your car is being worked on!! My suggestion would be to gave them a call first and let them show u true value and expertise. If I trust them with my vehicles and sent numerous friends and family to him I recommend you try them. I will be a lifetime customer of this shop! Thanks again and the fast turn around on my vehicle!!”

“This is the ONLY Auto Parts store in the area that is open past 9pm! This is EXTREAMLY convenient for me considering sometimes I have to work on my car after my personal job which I usually don't get home from until after 6pm. After dinner and breathing for 5minutes it's usually close to 9pm already. So after ALL that being said, the store hours are MUCH appreciated and I'd like to thank you very much No one likes to work late, but in the auto parts world it makes a huge difference for your customers! Thank you! You've saved my butt many late nights!! See ya soon!!”
