“Best place to get injectors cleaned! Prices were fair! I wouldn't go anywhere else!The only bad thing I can say about them is that it was a pretty far drive for me (Olympia to Federal Way). I guess there was a Tacoma location, but it's been disbanded. This would've been the best option for me BUT the drive was well worth itMaybe being the Tacoma location back? Pretty please lol”

“I was in a car accident a few months ago (front door got hit and was completed smashed in). The first body shop I took my car to wanted A LOT of money for this somewhat simple repair. So I then called Quality Auto since they seemed to be a smaller shop, and they gave me a much more reasonably priced quote for the repair needed. I highly recommend quality auto for your repairs and paint jobs. They (Dave and his brother) were able to fix my car within a week and for a much better price. “Not only did they get my car repaired a week ahead of their predicted time, but the repair work was also excellent. I suggested to my insurance company that they add Carballo’s to their recommended body shop list. The earliest that my insurance company recommended body shop could start work on my car was Nov 27th. This turned out to be the norm for all local body shops in my area. This was completely unsatisfactory because of our planned long trip, concern a family matter. Luckly a friend of mine suggested Carballo Auto Body, a family-owned business.”

“I have a 2018 Audi S5, the entire passenger side was in a collision. They repaired it and it looks as good as new. Everyone was very helpful with giving me updates on parts, they had enterprise ready to give me a car. I had to bring my car back in about 6 months after to fix some errors that came up, they fixed it same day, got my car back, everything is perfect. I'm very glad I brought it here, they took care of me very well.”

“Needed a battery replacement for my boat and thought I'd purchase it at advance to turns out I've gotten it somewhere else but they were quick to locate a comparable battery which will see about a longevity but works for fine seemingly and they also help me find some parts for my old Dodge truck which are hard to come by and they were more than patient and really knowledgeable and helpful at this location which is rare for a parts store. Who most of them require you to know more about your vehicle than they do, but here they more than happy to help which is a nice change of pace.”

“Just went through the process of buying a squeaky clean Chevrolet Express Passenger Van. They made it extremely easy and even let us take it to our mechanic to see if anything was wrong with it before we signed the dotted line. The only thing wrong with it was a cracked radiator and they fixed it in two days even though their service team was backed up. Thanks so much Mike Parks and Kevin for such great customer service. I asked upfront if they can handle a car with less than 6 inch clearance and the measure and informed me that they cannot but that they can change them if I take them off myself and drop them off. Got 4 new Falken tires for under $500, well balanced and no scratches on my wheels.What else can you ask for?”

“I look for an auto shop that will take good care of my BMW, and respect me as a woman; and in Federal Way my choice has been the European Auto Clinic. A few places sort of exude a kind of subtle disdainfulness when a woman walks in, but NOT this place! Today was the second time I've used EAC, and this time it was for a routine oil change and fluids check, and my experience was super. I wasn't overcharged, I got even more of a detailed checklist than I expected, and Arturo at the front desk is a very helpful, friendly person. FYI: The EAC has a nice clean front office with some seating in case you need to wait for your car.”
