“They’re all amazing and kind here. Austin has helped me twice and I was very impressed with the work and customer service both times. He was able to repair it fully when I thought I had lost my car to being totaled. I’m so grateful for their service! 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family member!!”

“Absolutely amazing job from the employees at moose radiator. I own an imported RHD subaru legacy, And parts for this thing are impossible to find. Apparently the radiators are out of stock all over the country. But one fifteen minute call to these guys and they sourced what was probably the only radiator in this country and had it delivered to my nearest location in two days. I will vouch for moose radiators and will do business with them again for sure. Thank you so much!”

“Bill is an outstanding manager! When our truck broke down about a mile from his store, he went above and beyond—Bill personally picked up my husband, brought him to the store, helped him find everything he needed, and then drove him back to our truck. That level of care is rare these days. Bill literally “went the extra mile,” and we are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support. Highly recommend this location!”

“I replaced my battery and the screw broke that goes to the positive connection. NAPA was the store I found the size that fit. The place I bought my battery didn't have the correct screw size.”

“Dylan you rock! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! After taking my car to another facility that charged me around $600 and sent me on my way without solving the problem, I dropped my car off here on September 3rd with a notoriously tricky leak. It took until October 9th to completely resolve, but the team made it their absolute mission to get the job done right. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, showing incredible dedication. At around $700, their price was very comparable to the other place, but with one massive difference: they actually fixed the issue! They even cleaned out the car multiple times due to the water damage without adding extra fees for all that extra labor and time. Their integrity, fairness, and exceptional service made a frustrating situation so much easier, and I am beyond grateful to finally have my car back completely leak-free!”

“Ask for John McQueen when you visit INFINITI of Tacoma in Fife! He was the absolute best to work with while I was researching cars. His upbeat and fun attitude made the experience comfortable and easy. He was so helpful and never tried any high pressure sales tactics. In fact, I decided another brand was right for me, so I didn't buy a car from him; and even then, he was really wonderful and congratulated me and was excited for me. He's a genuine person, a total gem, and you must visit him at INFINITI of Tacoma in Fife!”

“My husband and I walked in today in a time crunch, but had a certain car in mind. Peter Cha went above and beyond to not only find us a great car, but to expedite our purchase. He made sure we walked out of there feeling great about our purchase. Every employee we met were super friendly, and made you feel comfortable there. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.”

“These guys were super fast and were very personable people!! Would’ve come here to buy my steer tires instead of Loves if I had seen some better advertisement out front as I went to Loves to buy tires. Needed alignment and they directed me to THIS location that was right across the street…Better advertisement would’ve gotten Goodyear our tire business today, not just alignment. These guys were amazing! AVOID GROUCHY LOVES!! COME HERE!!!”

“Wow! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Monica and others from this location for helping me fix my windshield wipers that were not moving. Truly saved my plans! I am truly grateful 🙏 ❤”
