“A couple of days ago I purchased something that was quite expensive and I did not have a lot of money. Today I went to open it and it was faulty, when I took it back without a receipt the manager with no questions asked returned it and gave me a new one. I thought that I was just going to have to eat the cost and go without, I felt that was great customer service on her part and I didn't lose my money. I really appreciated that because I don't get paid until next week and I've been sick a bit so money is tight.”

“Love me some Shell... quality gas in any state and just as great in this little big town of the Evergreen State. Jackson Shell has a massive layout making it easy to pull up to or out of a pump. The mini-market of convenience known as Jacksons is basically a 7-Eleven meets a WaWa (east coast)... tons of snacks, beverages, and a few prepacked, cold and hot eats not to mention those mildly marked-up items you seem to need when you can't find them like a car charger, a mask, chapstick, car care, etc. The carwash seems super easy and smooth as we saw about two cars go through and come out shiny. Easy, quality, and gallons of care on the corner of Edgewood and 24th St.”
