“My car maintenance automatic schedules said that I was due for oil change. I had programmed it wrong. When I got to jiffy lube and got into the bay we did all the light tests etc. And the attendant told me you're not due for another 2,000 mi., We will top off all your fluids and you can be on your way. No charge.
Any other company would have gone through the oil change and charged me a price I didn't need to pay for. Thank you for being honest. 💯”

“Hey, Yall So I went for an oil change today at this location and they did an amazing job and I also had an issue with my tires and they balanced them out all 4 with no extra charge ! This is by far the best Crew ? Thank you Giovanni as well for your honesty on my filters I only needed to change 1 out he didn't try to upsell me on the other filter which I liked honestly is number 1 for me ! Especially being a woman some people can take advantage but not at this JIFFY LUBE they are AMAZING I recommend this LOCATION ONLY . Melinda let me keep the car at their shop the whole time without charging me. She even called the machine shop they work with and knocked $1500 off my bill. Hard Rain, slippery roads. My truck slid off the road and I needed ASAP views and photos to know where I needed to take my truck. I was tired. Stressed out. Losing my mind. They took care of me. I highly recommend bringing these guys some donuts. They're 10/10 great as per the norm. Words cannot express my gratitude.

An honest perspective from a Master Tech who needed a shop in a pinch because I dont have the time. This shop set us up in a heartbeat and took care of us. There was no BS. They heard what I needed. They set the appointment, and I was in and out for a reasonable price that didn't feel cut rate, and my wife's car is back in the road with no dealership drama or unnecessary waiting.
The owner is well spoken, and his staff are incredibly friendly.

“These guys know what they are doing and are honest and affordable. We've had a total transmission overhaul that was super scary they reassured us that it will be done right it's been over a year and our truck has zero issues with the tranny and engine. Just today we had to have our rear brakes done which was another scary situation money is tight, I can tell you that compared to anyone else they are not only THEE most affordable but also thee most trustworthy and stand by their work which is one of the main reasons why we use them for any concerns with our 2018 suburban. “This place is THE place to go with all of your automotive needs. I recently acquired a 09 Avalanche that had some issues going on. From oil pressure dropping. To the air bags blown that were previously installed. Apex took care of it all! She runs like a champ now! Feels brand new and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I also had electrical work that needed to be done and they have fixed it all. Andy and Aaron are amazing and really go out of their way to make sure they can get the work done while not breaking your bank. I highly recommend Apex to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles. While dealerships are focusing on bringing in revenue, the guys at Apex are focused on getting you back on the road safely! Love my truck now thanks to the team at Apex!”

“I came in because my radiator was leaking. I called to get an estimate, which was the best price in the vicinity, very reasonable. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to bring it in. The gal on the phone (I don’t remember her name off hand) said it was preferable, and she could have a technician available to look at it around the time we agreed on. Additionally, she said she would order the radiator, so it was ready. Within a matter of a few hours, the job was complete. The technician advised me a bearing in the automatic tensioner pulley, for the belt, sounded bad, making a grinding/humming noise. I asked that they replace that as well. They also checked the overall cooling system, and assured me everything appears to be working fine. I was very happy with how fast they competed the job, and how friendly and competent the staff was. They were very reassuring and appreciative of my business.”
