“I was long overdue for an oil change and I prefer to do it myself because of past negative experiences with getting the service done by shops. I kept putting it off but my suv needed it badly so I Googled “oil change near me” and Jiffy Lube (Fife) listed first.I was greeted immediately by Austin. There were a couple other vehicles being worked on and he relayed that it would be a short wait. It was very refreshing to have a tech talk me through the service and suggesting other maintenance services rather than talk down to me or be condescending. The experience was so positive all around that I feel confident in having this shop handle whatever services I need in the future. I appreciate the above-and-beyond service that I received from Austin and appreciate his communication skills.The shop itself was neat and inviting. The techs appeared to work well as a team, cultivating a positive environment. Thank you!”
