“Manager Paul is the Most helpful employee in the state of Washington. My 76 Chevy limped into the parking lot. Leaking transmission fluid and I was stuck. With a exhausted wife & cranky kids in tow and Paul found the right hose and saved the day!!! If you’re in trouble and don’t know what to do come see Paul at Orielly’s and let him save the day! God Bless Paul ??”
“About a week ago Liam and his colleague helped me select some mid price point wiper blade replacements. Liam installed them and they've been working great. Thanks y'all!”
“I bought a battery this morning and both service staff were incredibly helpful in giving me options and explaining the differences. Gunner made quick and thorough work of installing the new battery and giving me credit for the old one! I accidently left my credit card on the counter and Gunner went to the special effort of finding me at the next door McDonalds to return my card! What service!! I will definitely be going back to this store! Thank you Gunner!!”
“I recently had a car issue and I pulled into O’Reillys and talk to Jordan. He was able to go above and beyond to help me and it was so much appreciated. Otherwise I would’ve been stuck at O’Reilly’s in the parking lot. Jordan thank you very much. You were fantastic.”
“Excellent customer service for the entirety of the services -from my phone call to get information before arriving to the installation of my battery. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, good quality products that are responsibly priced”
“The Employees at this location have always treated me VERY well in the past. They made it a point to get to know my name, possibly due to me coming in so dang often, but just little things like that goes a long way with me. But the ONLY negative comment I could make is about the "newer, younger" employees, (newer - within the last 6-8 months new), they have horrible restraint skills with their ability to NOT swear or cuss in front of customers. Hey I get it we aren't all saints, especially me, and I know what's it's like to work in a shop with a bunch of dudes, anyways, if I had my kid in their with me I would be very upset. And sadly it's about every time recently I have come in their will be customers waiting in line and the employees will be chatting it up and cursing to each other like no one is around them. Like I said other than that, I have always had great things to say about this store... But common Eric get these young cats to grow up a bit. Makes a good store look not as good, if that makes sense.?”
“Last night I came in to replace my head light bulb and David and another employee were very helpful. The light bulb I bought originally didn’t look correct so David came out to help me and he notice that my headlights where completely wired wrong and the last person to own my car had really messed up my headlights and headlight harness. He was very thoughtful and explained the situation to me very well he gave me a Mobil mechanics number and he even helped me find a replacement headlight assembly online. The evening crew at this location always goes above and beyond.”
“The guy who attended me was very kind with excellent customer service I am glad to see such a joben with charisma and enthusiasm this place is the perfect solution for women who do not know about mechanics! there is also a gentleman I think is Mexican equally kind 10 stars for this place.”
““Hello, Central Casting? Can you send over an actor to play the counter man in a battery store?”The guy that showed up is perfect for the role. From the moment he settled himself onto the stool behind the cash register, you know that he is perfect. He moves slowly and uses as few words as possible with customers. He looks like he has been there for years and during that time, he has learned every detail of the batteries he has in stock and the ones he can get for your special jobs.“That one over there,” he tells you without pointing. He is right. The one on the second shelf third from the left has the right cranking amps, fits into your battery pan and comes with a decent warranty. It weighs a ton and you are not going to get any help lifting it onto the counter, so don’t ask. Don’t forget to put the battery you are replacing up there too.Batteries are expensive, so any deal you can get helps. The prices here are competitive enough that it is not worth shopping around once you are here. There is paperwork involved in buying a battery. Even more if you are recycling some old batteries at the same time. The counterman knows all the mysterious key taps that the computer needs, he knows the paper forms that have to be filled out, he expertly reviews your ID and he has a ritual of wiping down your card to make sure it will go through the first time. There is no rushing this process, so don’t try.I have had quite a few battery situations this year and I have always gotten what I needed at a decent price. I can hardly wait for the solar power system in the boat to need a new battery. I know just where I will go.”
“Awesome service! I went in for a part. It wasn't in stock so they had to order it and they got it to me in less than two hours. I lost a rivet in the process of replacing the part so back to O'Reillys for me. Nathan went above and beyond helping me find the perfect rivet to replace the one I lost. Best part store I've been to.”
“I've bought parts at O'Reilly for 40 years and I have a commercial account for my company vehicles. They know their parts, and they are reliable with a fair price. You'll see for yourself”
“Max the manager, and all of the store crew at the 112th location store #2887 are the best of any O'Reilly Auto Parts!!!!!
They are always willing to go above and beyond to fix your auto needs!!! I will not go to any other O'Reilly!!!!!!!”

“Went in with a headlight out, discovered the connector was fried. Crystle helped me replace the connector and referred me to some trusted local shops to look at the electric. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a car that was safe to drive and a plan to fix the underlying problem. Thanks Crystle!”
“I have always loved O’Reilly. The locations have knowledgeable employees who are always willing to help. I routinely visit your Edmonds location and David was most helpful today when I needed a bulb for a turn signal. It’s comforting to know that good customer service still exists! Thank you !”
