He went above and beyond to figure out a better, less expensive fix for my car issue. Then he came out and took a few minutes to do it for me. “They recommended winning ptoducts! 3M headlight restoration and my drill sander tirned a 2009 car fogged out headlights into brand new polished clear headlights!! They are very teliable, and have a good rewards discounts, they email coupons. I find them a great comsistent support. A bit pricey on some levels but they find parts, even on older cars. I had great experiences on returns upon need on accuators too. Keep all in boxes and kerp receipts. They do free lights, engine, battery and altenator testing too and give you an engine panel print out which is super cool!!!”

“Hate to say it, but my old cheap interstate batteries were better. Use these guys and the batteries do with but they take more maintenance than normal and they dont explain this part to you when purchasing. My old batteries died after 4 years no matenance. These died in just uner 11 months.
They told me they would not replace the batteries and I would have to purchase a new set from then. Over all customer service is pretty normal
I was able repair reuse them so I can say the batteries do work, they just take more maintenance than I wanted to deal with. Also they are pretty cheap and are local so that is a plus.”

““Hello, Central Casting? Can you send over an actor to play the counter man in a battery store?”The guy that showed up is perfect for the role. From the moment he settled himself onto the stool behind the cash register, you know that he is perfect. He moves slowly and uses as few words as possible with customers. He looks like he has been there for years and during that time, he has learned every detail of the batteries he has in stock and the ones he can get for your special jobs.“That one over there,” he tells you without pointing. He is right. The one on the second shelf third from the left has the right cranking amps, fits into your battery pan and comes with a decent warranty. It weighs a ton and you are not going to get any help lifting it onto the counter, so don’t ask. Don’t forget to put the battery you are replacing up there too.Batteries are expensive, so any deal you can get helps. The prices here are competitive enough that it is not worth shopping around once you are here.There is paperwork involved in buying a battery. Even more if you are recycling some old batteries at the same time. The counterman knows all the mysterious key taps that the computer needs, he knows the paper forms that have to be filled out, he expertly reviews your ID and he has a ritual of wiping down your card to make sure it will go through the first time. There is no rushing this process, so don’t try.I have had quite a few battery situations this year and I have always gotten what I needed at a decent price. I can hardly wait for the solar power system in the boat to need a new battery. I know just where I will go.”
“Stopped in here 3 times in 2 days lol I was staying nearby while on vacation with friends, my check engine light came on, and my car went into low power limp mode. I'm pretty good with vehicles so I didn't need much help to diagnose/repair, but the morning guys here helped out with ordering everything I needed, and let me borrow a couple tools so we could get back on the road. Big thanks to Cody and Nick (I believe?) for all their help yesterday and this morning :)”
“They tested my battery for me and then help guide me to the best battery given the options. They did try to replace it for me but had trouble so I did have to go to another place afterwards to get it installed. Elisabetha helped me and a younger gentleman but I can't remember his name as I write this.”

One associate pointed me toward the aisle, but Jeff stepped in, asked him to grab the repair kit for me, recommended the better option, and explained exactly how to use it. His experience and kindness made all the difference. It was a Sunday and every tire shop was closed, but thanks to Jeff I was able to fix and refill my tire. Truly great service.”
