“I've been to many (most?) of the consignment shops in Seattle and Labels is my favorite, as both a seller and a buyer! I don't even live nearby but it's worth the drive. I've sold my things on consignment here a number of times and it's always a smooth experience - you just have to plan ahead because they're in-demand and booked out. As a shopper, I find the best things here! It's the perfect mix of being well-curated while still being fairly priced for the high quality. I have bought items here from Patagonia, Everlane, Madewell, Levi's, Sorel etc. Also their instagram has the best outfit inspo :) It feels good to avoid buying brand-new and also feels good to support a female-owned neighborhood business.”

They also have some new items that they sell. They have wonderful inventory and if tell them you are looking for a specific item they don’t currently have, they will make sure to call you if someone comes in to consign it. 10/10 I could not recommend this store more.”

“Hannah was an amazing assistant. After spending full day searching, we left the store with a great product. This store was the last stop and I had not heard of the store name. Despite the store hours coming closer to closure, pleasant smile did not leave Hannah and she offered to select a few recommendations after hearing our needs. She fetched several (one of which we bought and received much compliments by peers afterwards).Her generosity was shown in bringing out from storage clothing that were not yet on display. Winter season clothing were what we were looking for.She kindly returned the ones that we decided not to buy. I plan to come back to the store because Hannah has left such an impression on me about the store in general. I am curious what the store offers and the style is very casual yet edgy different from H&M which I like.If I could tell the manager, I'd like for Hannah to be promoted for her excellent customer service and the promptness in understanding customers needs.”

“First time trying out the hair salon. Staff are very friendly and attentive. As soon as I walked in the door someone was there to help me. While I was waiting as I was early for my appointment, two other members of staff came and asked if I was being helped. Was very pleased with my hair stylist, she asked me plenty of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and even gave me suggestions on what would look good for me. Overall I am extremely satisfied.”

“I haven't shopped at JCPenney in a long time. Tonight I walked through and discovered tons of style, choices and great savings! The retail clerk, Madeline, was very friendly, professional and helpful I was quite pleasantly surprised. Thus level of service .is typical if high end f retailers such as Nordstrom or Dillards. I spent lots of time, opened a rewards account and as I drive away I called my friends and shared what a GEM JCP has become and how the staff was top notch, just ask for Madeline!”
