It is easy to throw together a cute outfit on an extremely tight budget, with items like plain colored t-shirts and soft cotton clothing at nice prices. Many are big fans of the store, particularly loving the baby and child clothing items and appreciating the easy return process and membership program with rewards. However, the products are designed for short-term seasonal wear and often do not last very long, with shirts sometimes disintegrating after a few washes. The store environment can feel sterile, and some areas like the kids section are often very disorganized, making it hard to find items. While staff interaction is not always noted, the best experiences involve helpful and friendly service. The business model is also noted as extremely unsustainable. Select stores are now open, requiring face masks upon entry in all US locations.
Aways a big fan of HnM fashion from decades. This place was clean, well managed and nit crowded. Found some good pants and vests.
