He explained the differences and advantages without trying to influence what we chose. The whole experience was efficient and stress-free.”

He didn't oversell us on any one good mattress, but rather pushed us gently towards an option we would've likely found anyways, after just experimenting more with time than money. That price being expensive, but heavily discounted.

I had actually called the day prior and spoken with one of her colleagues, then agreed to come in the following day to try the different mattress models. I had zero intention of purchasing that day and planned to hold off until closer to the end of the Labor Day sale.
I’m not sure if Tempur-Pedic employees have a commission component to their pay, but if they do, Margaret is unequivocally the sole reason I decided to purchase that day. She was thorough, kind, never pushy, and honestly could have a future career in stand-up comedy.

I had looked at other places and could not come close to the price the sofa and love seat were and bought them on the spot about 3 months ago. We are enjoying the furniture I immensely.
